Disheartened by the sizing, I’m a small 20 but the top was far too small.
However the customer service was fantastic and resolved my issue.
The top was gorgeous and lovely material, so I’ve swapped for a larger size.

This was my first time ordering with Deserve which was very easy, unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery. I contacted their customer service team who were so helpful and resolved my issue within 24 hours.

I ordered the new wrap skirt and had an issue with the zip, but the quality was unreal. I reordered with NDD and messaged Deserve just to let them know about the issue incase it was wider spread. Corinne was EXCELLENT at dealing with my query, refunded me the delivery charge and the cost of the original item and ensured my new one arrived within the 24 hr window. Her service and speed of response was exceptional. The quality and cut of the skirt was brilliant too! Thank you, Deserve.

I had an issue with a discount code and Corinne was so helpful in sorting it out for me. It was sorted within such a short time and they were so friendly and helpful.

Deserve Clothing is exceptional for plus size ladies. I have the leopard Bardot two piece which I feel fabulous in. I also have the satin long sleeve polka dress. It actually made me cry when I tried on the dress. Not only do I look really pretty (and that’s hard for me to say), it feels so comfortable. I’ve so much more confidence within myself wearing Deserve. The quality and fit are incredible. Don’t hesitate buying from Jess and the team. Totally worth every penny!

This brand is giving so much to the plus size community. Everything is such good quality, the fit is almost always reliable but what I am really pleased about is they have bought out a pair of jeans which are true to size and the fit is fantastic! There is also the option for next day delivery which has always come on time. Genuinely one of my favourite places to shop at the moment.

I have just received my order that I only ordered last night and wow, what fabulous fitting clothes I absolutely love each item. The brown co-ord and ecru t-shirt are just buttery soft and are stunning on. The jeans super stretchy and the waist actually fits my waist without the huge gap at the back - hallelujah 🙌, please make them in a dark blue colour 🙏. Finally the striped jersey top, great fit, great length and the gentle ruching is just genius and elevates it. Please continue to do what you’re doing cus I’ve been looking for clothes like these for so long thank you x

I had never seen this brand before , but bought a new dress from a seller on ebay ! So impressed I tracked the website down to see what else they had. Bought the same in brown. They are great on comfortable and a bonus shorts underneath the dress. Lovely material cannot wait to wear on holiday. Please do the gypsy dress in more colours I adore them ❤️

I have spent years trying to dissappear after gaining a lot of weight due to a medical condition. I follow Jess she is an excellent ambassador for the brand,she has inspired me to be proud of myself. I bought the denim and red tiered dresses both lovely on but quite long I am only 5ft different lenght choice would be great ! best of all was the top and trousers wow wow wow they are fantastic on I thought it might be a bit much for a 76 year old but my daughter and husband think I look amazing in them. I am looking forward to wearing them on holiday and strutting my stuff for a change. I will continue to follow Jess can't wait to see what comes next in Deserve. ♥️

I am a loyal follower of Jess so was excited when she launched her swimwear and Deserve. I purchased some bikini bottoms for my holiday which fit amazing, I had a slight hiccup with a fault on them, I contacted the team and Mersie helped me arrange replacements after sending some photos.

Just gorgeous!! I’ve had so many compliments from complete strangers on the denim tie front dress. Finally a dress in my size that is not a tent, butterfly print or cold shoulder!

My only teeny tiny gripe is the brand name. Deserve kind of makes me feel a bit like a charity case. I know I deserve to look and feel good but I also don’t want to be a ‘special case’. I just want good clothes that fit well and are excellent quality.

Thank you! I haven’t worn a bikini in 12 years - I wore the polka dot reversible bikini with absolute pride and felt so comfortable & LOVED that is was reversible- I vary in size due to bloating and having coeliac disease and this just worked with me throughout the holiday!
I would love to see an everyday top in this style too!

Ordered a dress which was lovely, but as I'm a shorty, sadly was too long so had to return.
As usual P.O have not been the greatest! Contacted customer service yesterday and Mirsie has been brilliant and sorted out my refund!😊

I never write reviews but I had to for this. I am a 44h and I really struggle to find swimsuits and bikinis that give me any sort of support. I have to say, I wouldn't order anywhere else from now on! I ordered their BLACK RUFFLE RUCHED BIKINI top and bottoms and it's the best bikini I've ever worn. It offers so much support, I feel held in and like I'm not going to fall out. 10/10. Amazing.
