I ordered 20 coconuts online and was impressed by the efficiency of the dispatching and quality of the coconuts. They are exceptionally fresh. Very happy customer and I will definitely order again.

Service is good. However quality of vegetables is not at all satisfied. Some are riped, some are hardened. Not maintained fresh.

Wrong order and very little assistance with my query

There was a great choice of spices. Initially I had problems finding a few of the ones I needed, but the "helper" came to my aid with the required links. When It was discovered that one product was unavailable, I received a phone call and offered the choice of an appropriate replacement. It was easy to secure a suitable delivery date, and I was kept regularly informed of delivery time. The package arrived on time with every item present and intact. I chat with a staff to ask if banana stem from their website was fresh and the staff replied that it was. And the staff said nearest delivery date will be 29th March . When I mentioned that I needed to get it on 29th in order to make Myanmar dish Monhinga for my Birthday , the staff said he would try to organise the delivery staff to deliver it on 28th March . That went beyond my expectations and I really appreciated much . And I added Gongura leaves ( roselle leaves ) to my order and all came on 28th fresh . It really made my day special. Now I know where to order my banana stem and my roselle leaves. Thank you so so much indeed.
