I want a rull refund you are deceitful company selling merchandise that are not as described or pictured and simply not wearable just fit for the bin stay far away from this company and there scamming practice

If I could award zero it would give a true reflection. Scammers avoid. Paid for 2 flashdrives only one appeared when complained company sent an empty parcel stating proof their end of sending. No reimbursement . A number of people have had similar dealings.

Waited 27 days to receive my parcel. When parcel arrived one if the dresses was faulty and i sent pictures of the damaged dress . I Contacted them several times about this for a full refund of my item which they kept declining in the end they only sent me part of a refund for the faulty item they sent me
Not happy definitely not a nice company to deal with especially with bad customer service

It does what it claims reasonably well but improving material durability would greatly enhance overall user satisfaction.

Got this at a decent price and shipping took about two weeks, not too bad overall. Quality is acceptable, does exactly what its supposed to. Slightly faster delivery could improve customer satisfaction.

I have purchased the Lotus Beef Tallow, THE PRODUCT IS FAKE!!! it comes in a plastic jar not glass, it smells like glue and the substance is watery and it leaves your skin dry not moisturized.
Do not buy it!!!
The only thing i will give them a star for is their communication. They charged me USA dollars when they advertised the product in AUD dollars.

Still waiting for delivery of an 'advent' item ordered in October. Incorrect tracking information provided for several weeks showing shipment form US to UK, before being told it is actually coming from China and current tracking has no delivery schedule provided.

Obviously they have no problems sending things to the US. Still awaiting delivery of advent calendars (dec 3).
They give sellers on facebook/tiktok a bad and untrustworthy reputation.
Have requested a refund but this is not my first interaction with this shoddy company

These are amazing flip flops just enough cushion, I have owned at least 5 pairs so far, I wear flip flops year round so I purchase roughly every 6-8 months
