Great Jackets!

I’ve got 2 jackets and a Puffer for my frenchie Biggie.

They are extremely warm and dry after long walks in minus temperatures and snow. Highly recommend.

Quick postage too.

Will be buying more!

My order was a little late however I put this down to Christmas post and the Designer4dogs team responded to my email very quickly , my dogs jacket arrived and I have to say it’s gorgeous, great quality and super cute can’t wait to see him in it will 100% order from this website again

Received coat for my pooch after 4 weeks from ordering (not what the website says) and many emails and instagram messages chasing.
Coat ordered was large but definitely isn’t a large and drawstring was broken.

Contacted for refund which was promised but like the coat has not materialised

I would not recommend this website

I am writing this review because I wrote one before but I have now deleted it, thanku for sorting my order out sady this got lost at post office but today it came it's so lovely, will i use this site again yes is my answer, good quality coat very happy customer

Amazing quality will deffo order again for Christmas.

Placed an order for 2 coats on the 2nd of November. Items still not received and they are ignoring all emails. Starting to think the good reviews on here were fake.

Update items have now arrived, communication is not easy with this company. The items are too small and wanted to exchange, I got a reply from this company by writing a negative comment on here and there social media as they are always active on there but yet ignore all emails. I asked if I could exchange products they replied saying I would be able to return to there uk warehouse and could I change the rating on here, I replied of course but obviously once the transaction is complete. My last question to them was how can I return within the 15 days if my messages are being ignored????? Will be putting a claim in through PayPal if not resolved. Communication has gone dead again even though they are actively on Instagram. Very frustrating company to deal with.

I ordered 2 leashes of the chewy Vuitton collection. I did a lot of stupid mistakes with my credit cards but designer4dogs helped me very patiently and I received the 2 leashes yesterday for my puppy dashound Umbertino they fit him very well and I would thank them again for the good service. I will order by designer4dogs again, I recommend this firm to everyone great service good quality of the product and very friendly people!

I purchased the PRADA puffer for my bulldog and WOW the quality is amazing and the sizing was perfect! Arrived before stated time and the company replied to my questions and queries so quickly. My bulldog absolutely loves his new coat and I cannot wait to buy even more products from designer4dogs❤️ Thank you so much, a super friendly business! First time ordering from designer4dogs, quality of the jackets are amazing and fit true to size, will be ordering again for my fur baby 💗
Did have a delay in my items being delivered however when contacting the company they replied efficiently and chased my order.

Absolutely love all of our items from here. I have ordered numerous times and ordered a variety of items. Each time the items have been top quality. Customer service is brilliant, always go out of their way to make sure everything is ok with my order. Everything always arrives in the 2 working week time frame that’s given. Thanks for my Prada jacket I love it so much and it’s great for walking in the rain plus it has a bit to clip the lead on which helps!
