Avoid at all costs the quality of the bags are awful I returned one and am waiting for a refund credit note now all the emails are bouncing back £160 down the drain!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON’T BUY. Had to return an item at my own expense as it didn’t fit - never received the replacement or any refund. I contacted the company about it multiple times and they did not respond. Really disappointed.

I placed an order on the 20th March 2021 and I still have not received any information about it and I have not received the Silver Titanium Steel Cross Love Ring with Swarovski I had ordered and paid for the money has been taken out I have also emailed a number of times and have not received heard anything back I am not happy at all.

Sizing is so bloody inaccurate
Sizing is so bloody inaccurate it’s ridiculous! Chain that was literally advertised to come to mid chest length, and good width is like a tiny little choker it’s honestly like it was made for children but apparently men’s!

I am unimpressed with the customer service of this company. I received an empty damaged parcel instead of my 2 necklaces. I have contacted the company twice over a week ago and nobody has contacted back. I contacted the carrier prior and they said i need to go through designer inspired. How can i do that when they dont reply to emails. Terrible.

Great products, amazing quality and prices! The only thing stopping me give 5* is that the gift set (necklace and earrings) weren’t in matching boxes and these are a wedding gift so would have preferred them to be matching- but that’s me being a little nit-picky!
