Utterly faultless customer service which is a rare thing today. Brilliant communication, excellent product at a great price. I am massively surprised at any of the negative reviews - they seem fake to me (rather than the products they're complaining about!) ! My experience has been very positive and my daughter is thrilled with her bag. Once a delivery was sent to the wrong address (note, not the fault of this company - an error from DPD). This was rectified within an hour of my raising the problem and was dealt with so professionally that I thought I'd landed in a parallel universe!! Many thanks. Would highly recommend this company and I don't often write reviews so this is high praise indeed!

I purchased a Clarks trainers on Sunday evening(17 March 2024), they arrived on Tuesday morning (19 March 2024). It took them only one working day to be delivered. Perfect experience. I was very anxious that the company is a scam after reading the reviews but my experience is totally different. And of course shoes are 100% original, new etc.

This is a scam company that does not exist. I never received my order. Emails were never returned. And the phone number sends you to a fake customer service office that does not even know the name of the company they are supposed to be serving. Run run run away.

I bought a Ralph Lauren polo shirt from this firm this week. It arrived super fast.
Reading the reviews on here, I was surprised to read that some people feel cheated. I still checked my purchase carefully, however.
Earlier this week, I had bought a Ralph Lauren polo from TK Maxx. I was therefore able to compare the TKM polo with the DOS one, and the labelling seemed consistent. Same labels in the same places, saying the same stuff with consistent codes. I found there is a QR code sewn into the label above the neckline of both shirts. I scanned the code on the TKM shirt and that led to a Ralph Lauren authentication web page where I saw an animated green tick. I did the same with the DOS shirt and got the same result.
The quality of the shirt also compares favourably with the the shirt I bought at TK Maxx.

Perfect online shopping experience...great price, fast shipping, exactly what I wanted- 100% authentic. Super happy with this company.

From disappointed to will definitely use Designer Outlet Sales again.
I was not receiving the emails they were sending me. Thanks to my comments on Trust Pilot, and their response to my comments, we eventually made contact. Thank you to Hugo who has resolved the issues I had with the backpack.

Fake backpack.
Ordered a Kipling backpack which this is not! The quality is terrible the front pocket is lopsided the stitching is awful the zips don't slide smoothly, there's no comparison to my other Kipling bags. At best this is a second.
I've sent a number of emails to Designer Outlet sales and had no response which is really annoying

Ordered 3 x packs of Calvin Klein boxers. Best price on the internet 100% genuine and packaging is in perfect condition. Also great communication from Craig & Hugo who went out of their way to answer a couple of queries I had.

Brought a pair of Clark’s Originals and they were a little big on me. Hugo at customer service was great in ensuring that I could exchange for a smaller size. Hugo kept me informed with tracking details and they arrived promptly thereafter. I would definitely recommend DOS to anyone looking for great clothes and or shoes at a reduced price. I am more than happy with my purchase, thank you DOS, I will be back soon..😊

Ordered 2 CP Company items. Hugo assured me they were genuine and i could check as they have the Cetilogo tags. They arrived the following day, 100% genuine so I think the couple of fake reviews are in fact fake reviews form another seller. I have already placed another order with them. Genuine products, great price, great service. Thanks Hugo.

I have ordered 2 Ralph Lauren T-Shirts and have received fakes.. extremely disappointing after paying over £60

Thanks for your reply after 14 months. The shirts were shipped to the UK and were from your store. The quality and size of the product didn’t match the other originals i have got at all. Also there were no labels on the product itself. Sorry to say but the shirts are 100% fake. I hope you have increased your QA to avoid other unhappy customers.

Fake Ralph lauren boxers. Almost all 6 pairs have holes in the same place where the tag is after only a month.

Ordered a Canada Goose jacket and they sent a very good fake. When I contacted them, I was told they use third party sellers and offered a refund. I did not notice on the website about third party suppliers so buyers be aware of this!

Bought 2 packs of Calvin Klein underwear for £48. They came within 48 hours and are 100% legit. I can only speak from personal experience but highly recommended.

Great products at great prices and such a super fast delivery service, very efficient at dealing with returns as well. More so than a lot of other companies, highly recommended
