Designer Plants are my go to pots and planters place for me clients as they are good to their trades and sellers. They offer good service even in days where retail workers get abused. I even saw the counter lady have to deal with a lady throw a pot across the the room because her husband said she couldn'thave. Kept her cool and they went on. Good people who give the extra support these days.

My partner and I had dealt with Glaiza and she assisted us with installation in our Bondi home for 16 green wall panels. The quality of the product was the best we had seen to date of all samples. Installation was done by a nice chap who listened and assisted us along the way in choosing where we wanted to start and finish the panels. The fence was an older one so the guy offered to brace it for us even though not part of the scope. The final installation looked great and very happy with the speed of arranging and installation quality.
Really happy with the service that David gave me, attended my home within 48 hours and we are renovating our home a second time after firstly installing our green walls and loving them for years, and now proceeding to a second job on our new home - the white oasis vertical garden wall has such gorgeous flowers and looked like day 1 even when moving homes years later, so happy to proceed with a second job.
Spent $600 on plants that were sold as 'outdoor with no direct sun' They are undercover and no direct sun! They have changed colour in just over 6 months. There response was to replace with UV treated plants at another $600 outlay - not good enough reported to VIC Consumer Affairs.
Enjoyed the selection experience with the Georgina and she really spent time choosing plants and pots arrangements that suited each other rather than just take and go.
The goods supplied by this company to me were substandard and they are refusing to refund me over $500. I will be making a complaint to Access Canberra, to the ACCC and will take them to ACAT unless they give me a refund within 7 days.
Exceptional service by the showroom team and they went above and beyond to help. The plant panels we chose looked really lush compared to others we visited and when installing we need some tips and the staff messaged us on weekend explaining some insights and suggestions as our space was sloping. Very nice finish in the end and enjoyed years looking good so now came back to do our new home again. Service excellent
