Design Eternal Avis 

Design Eternal is a company that do not have the capabilities to do anything meaningful in terms of website designs or implementation.

I hired the company which is not registered in the Uk or located in Liverpool.

They all have English names but are based in India.
Most of the reviews here that give the company five stars are also made up by them.

They have an english guy that will first rope you in, then once you pay he passes you on to the person is supposed to develop your site. These are all Indians pretending to be British. Tony, Eddie, Brown none of them exist.

If you do want your business to succeed stay clear of these developers.

They actually promised to refund my money and then lied that the transaction would not go through.

They sent me a screen shot of a fake refund.

I am in talks with their payment gateway to get their accounts closed!

Stay clear if you don't want to throw your money away.

Overall the experience was great and we are happy with our final product. Fast turnarounds and designers/project managers followed through with every one of our revision requests. Tony, the designer manager was great.
Just a few thoughts to keep in mind for people with limited knowledge in this area (like me). Firstly, it's important to say we had the second package, so not the pro, which starts at a little over £100. This entitled us to a standard jpeg file when complete. Make sure to fully understand and state exactly what it is you need (images for websites, large prints, posters, merchandise) and get specific assurance/confirmation that the end product is going to give you the right files/sizes/formats for this etc.
The next point to make is that we required a logo for a musical project. This is perhaps a more niche area of design and meant that we needed to be specific/detailed about what we wanted. Initially, we gave the designers more creative freedom along with some examples, but this did not work for us. I then drew and uploaded a basic template to work from which they were then able to run away with.
Final point - Give instructions as to every detail that you wish to be edited and don't assume things would be done that appear obvious because it is your vision they are acting on. Hope this was helpful. Very grateful. Did a great job. Can't go wrong for price point.
