Never been so embarrassed in my life all Military Veterans and citizens, I cried after our brand and website didn't Launch. Embarrassed and discouraged please do your homework on this company. Thank You Sergeant Campbell U.S Army. Reported this company to BBB. I am born and raised here in Chicago Design Flit office does not exist at the addressed posted. I went there myself to talk to anyone.

SUPER HAPPY WITH MY LOGO
Bruce M did such a great job on my logo. It is not easy trying to convey vision and ideas via text/email and he was patient with my inexperience and he really nailed it. After just a couple revisions, it is perfect. I am super happy with the service and would recommend both Logo Designs Center and Bruce M.

Beware! They do business under "parent companies" such as "Design Flit" and "Logo in 30 Minutes" and “Design Solutions”and "Smart Start Up Solutions" What started as me wanting a simple logo for my LAW firm ended up in thousands of dollars spent. After having them create a logo for me for $149, (which I could have and should have had done locally), they told me that in order to release the logo, I had to pay $410 to have it copyrighted. Now mind you, my logo has MY NAME on it so I did not need it copyrighted nor did I want it copyrighted. But nonetheless, I paid the $410 against my better judgement. Prior to hitting me with the copyright fee, I had agreed to allow them to create a website for me. They told me they could beat the local web designers prices and provide me with everything that he could for much less. I read off to him what the local provider included in their price which was: website creation, hosting, SEO, indexing, and domain management, to name a few. The cost was going to be $699 and 3 months SEO included due to the "copyright issue." Then, after I paid that, guess what? ANOTHER SURPRISE! The price they quoted me did not include hosting - although JOHN FREEMAN (who I have been dealing with) told me that everything the local provider was offering, he was providing for $699. He told me that godaddy, bluehost, etc. were far more expensive than their company and that my website had "different requirements" and the "developer we will need a dedicated hosting server. Dedicated Dedicated. The dedicated hosting is an Internet hosting option in which a physical server (or servers) is dedicated to a single business customer. The customer has complete control over the machine, so they can optimize it for their unique requirements, including performance and security." He included screenshots of comparative hosting companies and said he could beat their price. After some extensive negotiating and arguments, I reluctantly paid $1140 for them to host my account. THEN - I had to provide my Google Business Workplace login information so they could "transfer the domain" to their hosting site. I was promised repeatedly that there would be NO MORE SURPRISES. After weeks and hours and hours of going back and forth about the very simple website layout, it was finally uploaded and live. Then I get this email: "I am emailing you in regards about the Domain Registration. It's been notified by developers that you're domain is not indexed on google listing. We did make your site appear on google but after doing this activity we got the notification from Google that complete the registration process or website and emails will be suspended.In most of the circumstances where we purchase a domain for any customer we complete the registration process at the same time, In your case you have purchased it by your self way back in 2020." But guess what - for $699 I could pay them to register MY DOMAIN THAT I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT AND OWN. I contacted Google and they stated that I would have to transfer the domain back to google by getting the credentials from the administrator of my account. I contacted JOHN FREEMAN again and told him that I wanted my account transferred back to Google. He told me it would be $2000 to do that. TO GET CONTROL OF NY DOMAIN BACK!!! In the meantime, my law office email has been completely shut down! I have spent the entire day trying to get this resolved - which means lots of money lost by me. Finally, JOHN FREEMAN agrees to charge $499 for one year of registration, indexing and crawling for $499. I agree to pay simply because of the urgency in getting my emails back and then guess what? My card is declined. Why is it declined? Well - my bank tells me it is flagged by the fraud department because there is a problem with the merchant ID and that the merchant names from the previous transactions are not matching. I WENT SEVERAL DAYS WITHOUT EMAIL AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME CONTROL OF THE DOMAIN THAT I BOUGHT BEFORE I AGREED TO ALLOW THEM TO CREATE MY WEBSITE.

UPDATE : In May 2021, I was promised that if I removed all my reviews, they would give me control of my domain. (See attached screenshot.) Today, Mark Eden, “Senior Accounts manager” is telling me that I have to PAY to get control of my domain and end my service with them!

I started with this company about a year ago. I purchased logos, websites , menus and business cards, hosting , domain & etc zThey have made a lot of money off of me. However in the beginning when they want you to buy something they show so much care and affection and listening to your needs but when it comes down to delivering the product they’re the worst at it.
They messed up on my menus which they had to resend twice. Then my website which I had paid for over a year still hasn’t been finished. James followed up with me and I kept repeating the same thing over and over about how I want mt website to look and the production team just doesn’t listen. I am still awaiting to receive the final product of my website or for me to have access to it. They’re no where near responsive any longer because they have taken my money.
I will report this company toBBC.

This company is a scam, just stay away if you don't wanna lose money and time. Go to Fiverr and get your work done for more than half the price of these scammers.

It seems like they offer a very poor service just to be able to charge people for some really poor work and charge you extra random fees down the way. They charged me 300$ for "domain registration" but that doesn't exist. I made another website with another company and the only charges that I had to cover were for domain name (10$) and hosting servers (35$ per year).

Report this company to BBB and stay away.

Fake company, fake employees and fake promises! I was looking for a Wix expert to design my website, they told me that they can handle all my digital business needs, after a month they decided to design a Wordpress website instead of my needs “Wix expert”!!!!!. I asked them to make a refund on 14May/2021 and I didn’t receive my refund till now!!!!! Please don’t give them your trust.

Bottom line if you don't want to read my rant is this: Dispute with your credit card company any charges for funds they steal or have stolen from you - this seems to be a significant part of their their business model based on my experience. They deliver VERY LOW QUALITY. They are too stupid to listen to instructions and will aggressively talk over you if you try to reason with them. Now for the detailed rant.
HORRIBLE experience!!!! Their work is very poor and they absolutely DO NOT honor the 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee. My experience is that they sent me some really simple logos that didn't incorporate even 20% of what I asked for. Then when I told them to read my instructions, they added a couple more aspects that I wanted, but still were not implementing many of the characteristics I requested. From then on, they stalled, did not follow up as promised and wasted 3 weeks of my time, spending minimal time and effort applying my instructions. I was promised via chat a 100% money-back guarantee before purchase (I even had the transcript emailed to me, which I then forwarded back to them) and when they couldn't create any design that matched my clear instructions, they kept talking about terms and conditions that were not posted and are still not posted on the promo landing page I visited. I spent a full week calling to ask for the refund promised via chat that was the condition on which I decided to purchase 1000 business cards. When they couldn't come up with a good design after 2 weeks of messing around, I said, "I'm done. You guys don't know how to design." Still I was told a refund is not possible. I paid for the logo separate from the cards which were never worked on and still they kept all the money. Several times I was told I would receive at least a partial refund, but nothing ever came and they said that whoever told me I could get a refund has been fired (this was said about 2 different employees). They stall. They cheat. I was lied to by at least 5 different employees there. I created a design that actually matches my description on a free phone app in one day! They say, "Let us try again." They could try for years and still wouldn't get it. I don't want their business cards if they can't design a simple logo when I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted. In some ways, in hindsight, I'm glad they didn't design what I wanted so now they can't claim rights to what I ended up having to create on my own. Their employees try to intimidate with threats they will ruin your name and business just because a customer (me, in this case) doesn't tolerate them stealing from people. They screen calls and they act extremely immature, changing their names and voices and saying their phone line is broken via text when it clearly isn't! Very poor quality in everything they did. They can't make money except by stealing it. Stay away! You'll be soo much better off!!!!!!!!!!!!! I deleted my previous review in order to receive a mere 33% refund (in return for nothing I ordered other than feeble, weak attempts and wasting A LOT of my time), but since they also lied about how I could never successfully dispute the charge with my credit card, which I actually subsequently did, I don't need their still-unpaid pathetic "parcel refund" as they called it. So this review must go out to everyone. Do everyone a favor and spread to word to all you know!!! They had me on one call for almost 2 hours, not to mention several other calls of pathetic immaturity, trying to see if they could confirm the refund went through and said they would follow-up with me the next day and never did until a week later when they realized I filed a dispute with my credit card company on top of a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

This feels just like a bad dream. This company is all over the place, unprofessional, shady, manipulative, you name it. I lost time, money and energy going back and forth with them that I won't ever get back. GO ELSEWHERE and don't fall for their "low" prices or some of these false positive reviews (They'll add other random fees down the road anyway). Didn't even think a company like this can exist. A real nightmare.

I have been dealing with this company for a week or so now with different projects, super responsive, worked with me and my changes i had to make due to state requirements! They did not have to do that but they did!

This is the second time I’ve used this company and Zack and they are very patient and work with their clients to ensure everything is exactly how they want it. I’m very pleased with the work they present.

Steven was great to deal with and although I was not an easy customer he was there to support and took my satisfaction very seriously. Thank you Steven and I'm sure we'll work together again on future projects.

I found this service online and thought it was a great company BUT quickly found out that they do a good job on the logo but for your website every other month they are stating that it needs something else that cost either hundreds or thousands of dollars. DO NOT BE FOOLED by them! Seeking legal guidance now!
