Designrevol Avis 13

I worked with DesignRevol to create a new website using primarily my own layouts and designs. It was a long process, but that wasn't their fault. I asked them to make a lot of edits and changes. I worked with David, Nick, Madison, Zach and Aiden. Each one was friendly, helpful and great to work with.

I found Designrevol while doing an Internet search and after looking at the online comments, I thought I would give them an opportunity to earn my business.
I began speaking with Aiden and my objective was a simple re-hash of my company logo.
Aiden was top notch. he is professional, has some great ideas, he was and is patient with me.. Never was he pushy or short with me, he was understanding and overall extremally helpful.
After my Logo and rebrand was finished, I decided that Aiden was so helpful, I would ask him to help redesign my business cards.. Again, superb customer service with the layouts and design.
Then I decided that since Designrevol and Aiden seemed to do everything in reference to my startup company and I was having issues with my local Website developer, I would simply hand off the entire website design to Aiden and Designrevol.
You all did a great job at a fair price..
I seriously couldn't be happier with Designrevol and of course Aiden.
Aiden and his team did an outstanding job, I have been passing your name on to associates as well..

Now the bad news, and I dont believe its the problem of Designrevol or Aiden, but to your 3rd party printer who did the business card printing.
I ordered the business cards and when they arrived, part of the design on the card was not showing on the card as the design PDF that Aiden sent me displayed.
Aiden understood the problem and issue and told me that he would look into it and have it reprinted.
Then came the price for the reprint.. I just felt that it was not MY mistake or Designrevol's mistake, but the fault of the PRINTING company and they should have simply did the reprint at their cost.
I tried to fight that cost but it seemed as though that cost would come out of the profits of Aiden or Designrevol and I was not going to allow that..
After speaking with Aiden, he was able to discount the cost of the reprint a little, so I just paid it.
If this is how your 3rd party printing company was going to treat Designrevol or ME the customer, I would not be coming back as a repeat customer for my printing needs. In fact, I am in the process of ordering jackets with my logo and table covers with my logo along with some other logo branded items and had actually spoken to Aiden about that work, I just didnt have the confidence that the "printer" or 3rd party company would work for me and Designrevol if issues were to come up.
In my world of sales, that's called "leaving money on the table"

In the end I am very happy with the work I received from Designrevol and Aiden. I will be back for website updates in the very near future and confident it will get done professionally and promptly.

When I first started everything was going great but then Isaac kept trying to upsell me, understandable but it was non-stop. He was relentless and then at one point he said he wouldn't release my website unless I paid for an upgrade. Then he passed me on to Zach, again started well until Zach went complete dark. No communication at all for over a week. That non communication cost me a week of progress on my business. Then, he passed me on to Aiden. Aiden was great. He worked withme to get my project complete. Never tried to price me out of it. Was very communicative. He answered questions and helped me daily. I appreciated his efforts and his willingness to stay in touch.

What started out as a great experience devolved into a scam a month later. I received a phone call from Designrevol indicating that they found someone copied the logo they designed for me, and they would help me register the logo with the U.S. Copyright office for a fee...but I needed to act quickly. If I didn't do this, I could be sued. They could not, however, indicate where they found the copycat logo. A quick check with the USPTO revealed this to be a bunch of B.S.

It's too bad, because initial interaction with this company was pleasant.

What made the experience great for me was the prompt timing and the expert work on the logo creation. They really brought my vision to life. What they did well was great communications and got back to you at a timely manner for any business. That’s what sets them apart. Prices were great and the service was wonderful. I’m definitely using them on my next design.
