Crooks and scammers..do not buy they do not send you your items.
They do not return emails or phone calls

Avoid this company at all costs. Placed an order three weeks ago, they didn’t have the doors in stock. Still no refund, won’t answer emails. Disgusting service

Beware!
Do not be fooled by the fake TrustPilot score on their website.
Placed an order, no confirmation email, no doors arrived. No response to emails or WhatsApp- called the phone number on their website, no answer.
Am getting money back via bank.

I ordered internal doors on 27th April. Still no delivery...phoned multiple times and no answer, except a generic answer phone message. Emailed, no reply! Shock?!!
Im desperately needing the doors or at least a refund to buy elsewhere!

Ordered 5 internal doors via their site, paid for them and got a confirmation email but then nothing. Didn’t answer the phone, no reply to multiple emails. Having to claim money back via the bank.

Similar to other review - Placed an order and received a confirmation but nothing else, no doors sent. Have emailed, messaged and rang with no response. Having to do a chargeback with the bank. Don’t bother!

Delivery took a while due to issue with supplier, but owner kindly refunded me some of the price back for this and was very apologetic.Owner then hand delivered the door himself soon as it came available .Would use again.

Recently bought 5 oak doors from desire doors. Great service all the way through and extremely happy with how they look. Thank you

Paid £416 pounds for 6 half doors, received an order confirmation, then nothing! No doors, no contact, only a phone message saying, " this user not available". Paid with Amex card, so fully reimbursed by Amex, who have done an investigation and found this company does not exist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
