Inconsiderate and entitled
It's like this company has intentionally set up its business model just to harass tenants. Entirely uncooperative and unwilling to schedule a reasonable window of time for the service, insisting on a 5 hour window for a gas safety inspection - 3 hours to turn up plus 2 hours to complete the inspection. Rude and demanding on calls. Persistent calls during work hours to go around in circles - it took 3 months to schedule a suitable time, and it only happened when my property manager stepped in. The inspection was done in November, but now I'm receiving automated emails in January to "schedule a time" when the service is not even due - no opt-in to their database, and no option to unsubscribe or opt-out.
