Late delivery due to appointed courier service company, citylink in Kemaman, couldn't found the address within 3km from thier location.
The backpack delivered late. Quality is as Dueter standard.

Slow response to enquiries
Seems more like a part time seller. Very slow in obtaining stock status of their own advertised "in stock" item. 2 days and still no info. A bit disappointed.

Good seller!
Good customer service! Fast Shipping. However needs to update the website as the item i order is not the same as shown on the website. The product shown is the old model which i prefer, however received the new model. Other than the minor hiccup the rest are good.

Yes, I acknowledge that there is indeed some shortcomings with the website. This happens very much due to the fact that I do not keep items in stock (which would otherwise have made it impossible to sell the items at the prices which you are getting now). All purchases are verified for stock availability upon payment and full refund is available if items / colour are out of stock.

Received the item in good condition in 24hrs after placed my booking, this is a good feeling of all online shopper like me. You just need to give a quick response after payment have been done, booked &paid @11:22am but received conformation/despatched email @ 9:21pm, this really worried me. Ordered 2 Deuter bags from Gary, in the first shipment only one bag came. So I contacted Gary and he acknowledged that the stockist mistakenly sent out only one bag. The second one came soon after. Other than that, the transaction went quite smoothly.
However, I think the website can be improved to allow selection of colors when ordering. At the moment you have to email Gary to check on availability of colors to see if what you want is in stock. This slows down the order process.

Presently, it is difficult to enable colour selection because I don't keep stock. Moreover, stock moves very fast at my stockist's warehourse and this makes it very hard to keep track.
