I am sorry if our services don`t suit your expectations!
Our processing time is 1-5 business days and is marked under each item on our website and in the email you receive after placing the order.
Since we shipped the order on time (on the third day of the processing time), we could not issue a refund for the shipment. Express shipping to Europe takes 1-2 business days, which is precisely how long it took for the package to arrive. Whether the transit time is one or two days is out of our control.
We even contacted DHL to expedite the shipment, but they couldn`t cooperate in this situation, as the package was not delayed.
Of course, we always refund our clients when the issue with the delivery is on our part or if a package is shipped late, but we cannot issue shipping refunds in situations where everything is shipped on time and is delivered within the given time frame.

Not so happy with the service
Not so happy with the service, 1 week after ordering, no shipment. I asked if there was a problem. Answer, busy. bla bla bla but what is your deadline... euh why is that important? Then they advised express shipment (extra to pay), day after item is shipped and day after delivered... why could this not be done with standard shipping? I do not have a comfort feeling with this. Product is oké

As indicated on each product on our website, we process orders in 1 to 5 business days, not including the weekend. We asked about your deadline because we wanted to make sure your package arrived on time. We offered to update the shipping to express for $6, as we were still within the processing time. If we had stuck with the standard shipment, the package would have been late. Standard shipping to Belgium takes around 5-7 business days, while express takes only a day.
Of course, we always compensate our clients when we are late with a shipment. However, this was not the case. We mentioned that this period is busy for us, as we experience delays during the Pride season. But as your order has not been delayed, we have not updated the shipping for free.
We always strive to provide the best customer experience to our clients, so we aim to be transparent about possible delivery delays or setbacks.
I hope this clears this up.

The support team at Devil Walking was very quick to respond to my inquiries and I like that it was personable and obviously not some bot. The ordering was easy, and the time it took to ship from purchase was fast. It also arrived at my doorstep in a very reasonable amount of time as I live in Canada. Cute, comfy, always getting compliments
I've bought SO many cute outfits from this company over the years and I love it all! The material is nice and soft and stretchy and everything fits SO well, even though I don't have a very traditional body type. I recommend them to all my friends and ALWAYS get compliments on my outfits :) The customer service has always been easy and quick shipping.

Great experience and product!
I absolutely love the bodysuit I bought, it fits beautifully and as a bonus, it zips up in the front so it’s easy to put on without help which is a really nice touch. Great quality and service!
I love the quality of these clothes! The fabric is stretchy and breathable, perfect for your next rave/festival. When I needed the size of one of the sets I ordered adjusted, Teddy was very quick to respond and resolve the error I made when ordering my set. Compared to other big rave wear companies, this one is top tier!

5 star customer service!!
My customer service experience has been 5 star. There were issues with shipping and didn't receive my order in time. When I reached out, they responded within 24 hours. Teddy was great! They offered me a full refund and a discount code that doesn't expire along with many apologies. I really appreciate the prompt response and the professionalism. I will def be ordering from them again.

Excellent customer service!
So happy with my experience with Devil Walking. I had lot of issues with my local shipping provider and they sent back my order to the sender even if my adress was well written. When I reached out the service team they were very comprehensive with my big issue and kept in touch with me often.
I finally got my outfit (I wanted to wear it to an electronic show but couldn’t) but it is okay because I have a excuse to buy more tickets for shows and festival hihihihi very happy with the product and can’t wait to wear it!

Disappointing
I placed an international order for express delivery last week and was reassured in email that my order would be shipped and delivered in time. Then over the weekend I received an email asking again when my deadline for delivery was. And today I was told that my order cannot be shipped in time although I think that if it had been shipped shortly after I made the order it probably would have arrived in time. I am extremely disappointed with my experience as it is now too late for me to try and order else where and I have completely wasted my time.

Our mission is to please each of our customers, and we always strive to ensure that all our clients get their packages on time. Unfortunately, sometimes, this is not possible because issues may arise that we are unable to solve.
Your order was for Israel, and as we are all well aware of the current political situation, shipping to Israel is quite challenging at the moment. When we told you we could deliver on time, the estimated delivery date was different from the date we saw when we tried shipping the package. Many flights to Israel are being delayed or canceled, which is beyond our control.
We would also like to inform you that when we canceled your order, we were still within the second day of the processing time and on schedule with the shipment. Given the unusual circumstances, we have provided you with all the information we had.

Great customer service! I emailed questions before ordering that were answered promptly and were helpful. The quality of the clothes I received were great. I had to return a couple items because I’m a little too tall and Mel was extremely helpful with getting the items returned. Definitely recommend and will shop here again!

Devil walking is a great company
Devil walking is a great company, not just saying that. I recently had an incident where the delivery company lost my package and I emailed devil walking, they were quick to figure out the problem, at the end the delivery company declared my package got lost and these guys sent the same outfit and all and I didn’t have to pay a single thing a second time. Nice to know they care about their customers and the well being. I appreciate the people who helped me out and I’m forever grateful. I will definitely be getting my new package soon! Thanks so much guys, please keep up the great work and kindness, it’s appreciated. If I go to future raves I will continue to buy my outfits with these guys for sure! ❤️

Amazing customer service and product!
This is my second order from devil walking and I cannot be more thrilled. I originally forgot to purchase the matching top and after an email to the company explaining what I had done they quickly made it right and sent me an invoice to get it corrected and sent in the same package as the bottoms. The outfit itself is amazing and fits like a glove. I cannot wait to wear this to Electric Forest this year!
