The delivery was disappointing
The Hamper was really lovely as usual . Delivery was disappointing, hamper was a gift for a ninety year lady on her birthday. It wasn’t delivered until early evening, when her birthday was almost over and she doesn’t open the the door when it’s late . No card was left a message was sent to me saying it had gone to a local post office for collection next day . I had to contact her son to collect it for her and as the hamper contains clotted cream , not a good idea . Hamper was good delivery was not . Sadly

Literally the perfect shopping experience. I live in the US and needed to send a package to Exeter England. Easiest experience as I was expecting a nightmare. No issues at all from purchase through customer service to delivery

Good reliable service
I have used your service several times as presents for friends and family. Everyone who has received them has said they are delicious and very much enjoyed the quality products.
I have always found the delivery to be prompt and that is a good thing when sending as a birthday treat.
All in all a good reliable service.

Easy to order and email updates were good. A slight hiccup with the courier company was soon sorted with a phone call. Delivered on time abx ny family delighted. Just sorry I don't live in the UK.

A great gift.
The order was placed by phone as my Internet was down and the gentleman guided me through the process very efficient and helpful and very nice. The order was for a vegan friend of mine, who absolutely loved the hamper which was tailored to her liking. Top marks all round and would recommend Devon hampers 100%. This is my second time using them and definitely will order again, what great customer service.

Dry scones
My mother was sent a cream tea after a hospital stay. Sadly the scones were very dry and disappointing. Jam was lovely but sadly not with scones.

I'm so sorry to hear that your mother was disappointed with the scones in her cream tea, especially when a thoughtful friend had arranged this gift after her hospital stay.
This is very unusual feedback for us as we rarely receive complaints about our scones. We do recommend heating them in the microwave for 10 seconds before serving, which makes them lovely and fluffy again. I realise this information may not have been clearly provided with the delivery.
I'm pleased to hear she enjoyed the jam, though I understand this doesn't make up for her disappointment with the scones.
I do hope your mother is recovering well from her hospital stay and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, it helps us to consistently improve our service to our customers.

Great parcel, next day delivery, everything fresh and in good condition .
Vegan scones and vegan cream included, which was nice for the whole family, who have different tastes.
