Highly recommend
Our Madrid guide Arantxa was amazing. My teens said this was the best part about our trip! She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Spanish food. We loved all her historical facts and enthusiasm. We are so glad we booked this tour - very memorable, entertaining and educational for all!

The best history and food tour!
The best history and food tour in Barcelona! Our tour guide was incredibly well-versed in Catalonian history and pointed out a lot of interesting historical and architectural points throughout the tour. We had the best variation of traditional Spanish/Catalonian food in the historical district, and learned so much about the food too! I highly recommend and I’m actually looking at booking another tour with Devour Tours on my upcoming trip!

Excellent way to learn history of a historic city and the custom of tapas
Three different bars served three different types of tapas. We enjoyed the experience and learning the history of tapas and the Gothic Bari in Barcelona along the way.

Knowledgeable Guide
We were very fortunate to be the only 2 people on the tour and to have 2 guides.1 of which normally works for the Paris division.
The timescale was irrelevant and it felt like a night out with 2 new friends.

De tapastour is een echte aanrader met speciale dank aan onze gids James (Asier). We hebben zoveel lekkers geproefd en zijn zoveel dingen te weten gekomen. We vonden de champignons en de tinto de verano zo lekker dat we de dag nadien terug gegaan zijn. De samenstelling van onze groep was ook top. Ik zou het direct terug doen.

Small intimate group
Small, intimate group with a guide that was very knowledgeable about the food, the city, and the local arts. The food was great, walking right in to a table waiting for you was fabulous, but the conversation at the table about the history of the food, the restaurant, and the city was amazing.

Disappointed…
We were not impressed with this food tour and have been on our share of food tours in other countries. The tour guide seemed to be in a rush at every stop and made us feel like we could not take the time to enjoy the food. We got the same vibe from some of the other guests as well. The tapas were okay, but not what I was expecting.

Engaging, entertaining and delicious!
We had Cecilia as our tour guide and she was just fantastic! She was very engaging, knowledgeable and fun to hang out with! Every stop was better then the previous one...food excellent, sights stunning, the stories behind all of it, captivating. I'd highly recommend booking this tour. We were a party of four, and couldn't say enough good things about it. Even on a dreary rainy day, it was one of the best things we did in Paris!

I was nervous about spending so much money a website for an experience that I never really heard of. I went solely based on the reviews and wow did this tour over exceed my expectations. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and polite. The entire experience felt like you were hanging out with family. most importantly it was all completely safe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Disappointing
We booked this as a nice way to be introduced to Seville and all it had to offer. Upon meeting the host and introducing everyone, she asked us of our plans and we mentioned that we were visiting 4 different locations during our monthlong trip, one of which was a beachside area called Torremolinos. She actually scoffed at us and asked us why we would even want to go to such a place, that it was one of the worst places in Spain and that we were contributing to problems to the Spanish people. This was super embarrassing as we felt ridiculed in front of the other guests. It really cast a shadow over the rest of the evening, and put a damper on the whole event. We visited some interesting locations and the host seemed very knowledgeable, I just wish that she had kept her opinion of our travel plans to herself. As to the people of Spain, sorry that we visited Torremolinos for a couple day, I didn't know it was so frowned upon.

We loved the tour and the guide
We loved the tour and the guide. We had an amazing time and tried foods and drinks we otherwise wouldn't have. Our 4 and 6 year old boys even loved it, and they are super picky eaters! 100% would recommend

Best tour for a foody
My tour guide Vanessa made this tour very memorable. She explained every stop we made in detail and with a good sense of humor. She knows her history of food, and the district she took us to. I have recommended this tour to all of my friends.
