Returns policy is out of order
I ordered 2 bedside tables from this company through B&Q Marketplace as the tables seemed to match my existing furniture, however, when they arrived, the depth of the drawers were not as advertised and were far too small, they also didn't match my existing furniture as I originally thought. I contacted the company directly on several occasions to return the furniture but they constantly came back with 'the sizes were on the description' and 'if they don't match your existing furniture, we have a whole range you can buy to match', why would I want, to buy other furniture, they were being extremely awkward. Eventually, when I questioned why they were not allowing me my rights to return the furniture, which was still boxed and within the 90 day return period, they said I would have to pay £15 for them to be collected. This company is a joke, I think the guy I spoke to is keeping the money for himself, don't buy anything from this company.
