2 years ago I had a car accident
2 years ago I had a car accident. I was stationary, waiting to turn right when I was hit from behind. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend it because I was compensated after the accident due to the perseverance and professionalism it showed.

Started off great but failed to support…
Started off great but failed to support when needed. Was told that she had taken on more of a workload and reduced hours.
Finally gave in and supplied all necessary documentation to close the claim only for them to contact me saying they were no longer acting on my behalf.

Thank you for your review. We cannot locate you on the system, but as a firm of solicitors that act on a No Win No Fee basis, if a claim no longer has good prospects of success, we are often unable to continue to pursue the claim for a client if for example, liability is denied and there is evidence to support the other driver. Unfortunately not all claims succeed but I see that you did not have to pay anything to us or anyone else, which is the benefit of our No Win No Fee agreement

Couldn't complain about a thing, I put my claim through during covid and dgm still managed to get the claim sorted quickly, Michelle Roberts is fantastic, she can't do enough to help.

They are Scam beware. They take all your details and do not contact for follow up your case after you send evidence. From febustay until now there has not been no follow up.
