GET PAID UPFRONT
I sold two items to this outfit but refused to ship them until I saw the credit apoear on my PayPal, because I feared they wouldn't pay me otherwise. That transaction was good . The second time I did business with them, since I now trusted them, I shipped the items before they credited me. Just as I feared originally, they notified me that one of the items wasn't acceptable to them but they would buy it for less than half the agreed price. If you I didn't accep that and wanted the item returned to me, they would deduct $10 from the other item they accepted. Scammers!!! ALWAYS GET PAID UPFRONT OR THEY'LL TAJE YOU LIKE THEY DID ME !

We have never paid you upfront or prior to receiving and inspecting a shipment, and our records do not reflect the previous upfront-payment transaction described in this review.
For this shipment, one item met our purchase criteria while the other arrived with visible packaging damage and staining. We provided you with a photo documenting the condition of the item and offered two options: an adjusted price for the damaged item, or return of the item with the stated $10 return-shipping deduction applied to the existing payout.
You chose to have the item returned, and we honored that request. At no point were you required to accept the adjusted offer.
Our inspection requirements and return-shipping policy are disclosed in our Terms and apply to all shipments. We always aim to handle transactions fairly and transparently, and we believe it is important that the circumstances of this transaction are represented accurately.

This is a great company. Emails sent to Diabetic Exchange with questions were answered quickly. They give you a tracking # to follow--- from the time you ship the box to the time they receive it and it only took a few days after that to receive my payment straight to my bank account. Great customer service!! You guys did everything you promised. It was a complete payment and super fast!! It was paid exactly as they said it would be and within a 24 hour period!!
