I have used this company many times and found them always to be prompt, honest and incredibly kind. I’ve worked with other companies who told me that my products were damaged, and I take great pride in protecting them fully during shipment and not sending any damage boxes. Diabetics trust has never tried to tell me that my boxes were damaged and they have always been very prompt on inspecting the packages and sending out the check. I don’t understand how anybody could have a negative review of this company. Keep up the good work diabetics trust!

First time dealing with this company which I found on Google. Seamless process from Soup To Nuts. I had left over brand new supplies that I no longer was prescribed to, I was glad I was able to get some of my money back for what I had paid for the diabetic med. As soon as we filled out the online form, we had gotten an email and phone call with clear instructions on how to send the medication to the company. After mailing the product out and it being received by Diabetics Trust, money was put into my PayPal account immediately. Then I got a follow-up text as well to make sure funds were received.

Sent my strips in on Friday evening ( just made the post office as they were closing) and was paid Tuesday morning .. never had an issue with them saying my strips were damaged or paying less than expected .. recommend 10000%
