Dial 9 Communications Avis 

I have been using Dial9 for around 8 years. The service is very rialble and at a great price point...but the exceptional quality and reason that I have always stayed with them is the level of customer service. The team at dial9 are incredibley responsive; they answer the phone very quickly and answer all my questions quickly and precisely. Very highly recommended.

I like the most that there is no contract to tie you up. Their services are affordable. They have a very user-friendly client area, where you can fully manage your account. Stop or start services whenever you need to. They automatically send out VAT invoices to our billing.

They are an essential part of our business. We are able to work on the move or from home by simply forwarding calls to our mobile phones. Their app is all our employees need to make a call from their extensions.
We are a very happy customer for over 4 years now.

Terrible company would avoid. They appear to be cheap but hide their extortionate rates on call recordings. I’ve found others online 50% cheaper and much better service. Don’t get ripped off!

I recommend Dial 9 so much. There's many services my business needs to run and the phones is one of them.

I have just signed up to Dial 9 to take there base package with a divert so my mobile and was up and running in about 30 minutes.
Voice quality is excellent for a mobile.
Much better then most VoIP providers and sensibly priced. Highly recommended
