the watch is cute, order arrives pretty fast, I received it after 2 weeks, love how it came out.. I should've chose black, but silver is beautiful too.. my family couldn't understand how they do the picture printing on it and they like it.. if I read this give me the code so I can give it to my brother they really want to purchase one for themself too. happy with my purchase
I love my watches, ordered in June and received it just today, it's cute packed in a lovely box. I did get nervous because I stopped seeing the tracking moves for a few days. My husband loved his father's day gift too.
I ordered a dial, never received any sort of email or text confirmation. So I waited a month thinking it was a slow company. But I still never received anything. Had to dispute the charges on my card. Really a disappointment don’t waste your time

I placed an order to give my partner a gift from my daughter for Christmas everything was so straight forward and easy. My partner loved the watch. Went to go take the links out so it would fit but noticed the face was coming loose at the frame, I messaged on Facebook to only query how to take the links out but queried the face frame being loose. Could not fault the company in any which way they were so quick to arrange to get a new watch made for me and sent out, it is perfect also added in a link tool for me ☺️ definitely couldn’t fault the customer service. Would definitely look at placing an order in the future and pass on to family and friends if they’re looking for any custom watches I will direct them to dial custom without a doubt! Thank you.

Best customer service and support ever. Gary reached out when I placed my initial order to confirm the details and design were all correct and no adjustments or changes needed
Delivery took quite awhile to get here
When it arrived, it wasn't what I expected in terms of quality so I reached out to Gary via email and sent photos of the product. He reached out and offered a replacement which was so much better and came a lot quicker than the first as well
I asked for a new design as it seemed a bit strange to have two similar (even if the first would be put in our baby's keepsake safe box for when he's older)
I cannot fault the company for the way they managed the issue and also the contact from start to finish
Would highly recommend
