Prompt service

I purchased my camera online something I have never done before. I was amazed that the next day I was advised it was on its way. Arriving the two days after placing the order. Prompt service was fantastic, I did not have to chase as I have experienced before with online orders.

Frictionless & Fast

Transaction was quick and delivered quickly from Adelaide to Sydney, within 48 hours at no additional charge. Item was a second hand lens in good condition with some cosmetic blemishes likely from previous use and was wrapped tightly in wads of bubbles wrap.

Great service

Diamond Cameras were prompt with sending my purchase and very helpful when I requested an exchange - there wasn’t a problem with the product (binoculars), they just didn’t fit my eye size properly. Very helpful and efficient to deal with, and I would recommend them.
