From start to finish was a smooth experience and transaction the employees from the store and the delivery guys were all more than helpful and pleasant to deal with. Prices were the best I could find online and delivery was the cheapest. Delivery Was fast and I also had a follow up call to make sure everything was good. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience.

I ordered a laptop charger which turned out to be the incorrect size. Following this, I was unexpectedly charged $130 for a premium delivery service that I did not knowingly authorise. This charge appears to have been included within fine print terms and conditions that were not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase.

Additionally, I attempted to cancel the order through your chat support, however I was unable to do so due to technical limitations with your system.

Charging customers for services they have not clearly agreed to is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against doing business under these conditions.

I got a great price on the product I was after, but a bit disappointed that I missed the delivery date when ordering it, as it’s a bit in the future, which I didn’t see until the confirmation email came through and noticed it on that. I think it could’ve been a bit clearer in the ordering process. But I got an amazing product at a great price, so all good

Using the size chart got the exact fit and length for me. As I am 172cm tall could never get a dressing gown with enough length to reach my ankles. Would definitely purchase again.
