Would put zero if I could

Would put zero if I could.
Endless emails….endless responses never ever ever resolving the problem. Being told numerous times that a resend is being sent…. A load of crap…. Being told endlessly I will get a refund… a load of crap…. I’d say they have a terrible customer service department, but they clearly don’t have one! There is no customer service, they are beyond poor. They literally send you round in circles, and never give a straight answer. No contact number to speak to anyone….not surprised….plus you’d never be able to get through as there Will be thousands calling each hour. I came on to write a review as after 10 weeks the issue hasn’t been resolved…..and found all of these reviews stating how terrible the company is. Wish I’d looked at this before I bothered ordering anything.
The company is nothing but a joke, don’t waste your time money or energy…because trust me, trying to get anything resolved is draining!!!

Order never arrived!!!!

Placed an order at the beginning of June for a bottle of hot Gin for father’s day i still have not received this order. Evri said they delivered the item but i have not received it i have checked with neighbours etc Evri have conducted a search but its not been found. I have filled out the diddly squat farm contact form three times now with no reply cant find a telephone number for them completely stuck, No gin and £45 down the drain !!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Don't order from the online shop

Placed an order over a week ago and paid extortionate delivery of 17eur fFEDEX shipment to Ireland. The order was not big or bulky. The items were in stock and no order has been shipped.

Spend your money and receive Diddly Squat for it.

Placed my order on 9th June which is now a month ago and items have still not been received. The items were ordered a week in advance in anticipation of Father’s Day and a lot of money was spent. What’s even more of a joke is that I also paid 48hr evri delivery. A fair few 48hr time periods have passed since this date! IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK OR THE MEANS TO DELIVER IT BY THE TIMESCALE INDICATED ON YOUR WEBSITE THEN DONT TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND FOB THEM OFF REPEATEDLY WITH FALSE PROMISES OF ITEMS BEING SENT!

I have copied and pasted emailed received in response to my constant chasing up of this and still nothing received and no further replies sent to me. I have asked several times for a refund and they refuse to respond.

Would give this a zero star if I could

Would give this a zero star if I could. Ordered an item 19 days ago and it has still not arrived. Have sent 3 emails with one very poor response from the shop. I have no idea if this item will ever appear at my door as the tracking says in transit and has never changed! So glad I paid for 48 hour delivery!!! Love the programme, will never use the shop again. DON’T USE THIS SHOP YOU MIGHT AS WELL BURN YOUR MONEY 🤨

Terrible customer services who totally…

Terrible customer services who totally ignore messages and if your lucky enough to get an answer they still don't sort the issue out. I was a subscription customer but I will be cancelling which you can only do via email so I won't hold my breath

Get what you pay for

I ordered multiple items from the website last month. The items were delivered very quickly. The jams were delicious! But my favourite, by far, was the Hawkstone's lager. It's not cheap but it was beautiful! Will order again.

Were thieves

My order was stuck in customs for 2 weeks and then sent back to the sender.
Diddly Squat never replied to my e-mails and my messages on instagram. Customer service = 0. You would think that they refund your money when they receive an unopened order back but nothing. They stole my money.

Update: shortly after this review was posted online I got an answer and a refund.

Non existent customer service

Review of the online shop only - absolutely non existent customer service! Ordered something but spotted a problem with the delivery address. Emailed several times prior to delivery to correct the issue, no response. Item was then delivered to wrong address and I've emailed daily for 10 days since and still no response. I can't speak to Evri as they'll only communicate with the retailer, who it's impossible to communicate with at all! So if you have any issue, or need a refund/return then good luck with that!

Ghost chilli chutney! A delight!

My wife ordered me several items from the online shop, took a couple of days to arrive, and very impressed with the quality of the items. The Ghost chilli chutney is absolutely superb, it has a Smokey tomato flavour and is a chunky chutney, it has a chilli kick that is pleasant without ripping you a new one lol. Will definitely order more, it’s the best I’ve had in years! Well done, keep up the good work, Neil.

Robbed

Several emails, contacted through PayPal too. Was told the order would be looked into. No refund and no product. After now reading many reviews it appears that the business is robbing people of their hard earned cash. Absolutely disgusting. I hope that someone will respond to us all and give back the money we are owed. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP. BUY FROM YOUR LOCAL FARMS WHO WOULD NOT ROB YOU IN THIS WAY.

I’ve emailed countless times and I’ve also requested the order be cancelled but I’m just being ignored. Will never use again and will tell family and friends to do the same..

Don't bother, Use amazon fresh instead

0 Response, Took 2 weeks to arrive and within 3 days I asked for a refund as I found more items on amazon at next day delivery on fresh. The "Spend £30 and get a free wooden spoon" is crap, didn't get that at all. This was a fathers day gift which I ordered Jun 04 and it arrived the morning of Jun 17 when it says 48hr delivery. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, USE AMAZON FRESH INSTEAD 100000x BETTER

Missing Item- No reply!

Ordered gifts for Father’s Day, box was delivered open with minimal tape on! Then opened my parcel to see that I am missing 1 item! I have sent 4 emails complaining and no reply over a week. This morning I have had an email to say that I am now blocked so can no longer send any more emails!
Not very happy and definitely expected better!!
No customer service, no resolution, no refund! Will no be ordering from here again!!

Ordered Bee Juice Rum but recieved Bee Honey comb bites fair enough mistakes happen but when i emailed i was told i had to return the item at my expense no apology or anything i then asked for refund instead removing the cost of the unwanted choclate from the original order, 4 emails later still not response....awful customer service

Can’t give zero star

Can’t give zero stars. Ordered a hoodie for a friend’s birthday. Paid for faster postage. It still arrived late. Ordered a large. It was marked L but was a small. Emailed and returned item requesting a xxl. Item was returned on the 23/05. No replacement item has been returned to me. Have emailed twice. No reply. No phone number. I wonder if Jeremy will rant about the standard of this service on his show.

When i first ordered the Hawkstone…

When i first ordered the Hawkstone Lager it got delivered within 2 days which was great. I ordered again on 9 May and tracked my order. Said it was stuck at a depot and was then getting returned to sender. I emailed Diddly Squat and Hannah replied initially stating this would be looked into. several emails later, messages on facebook and messenger and no response. Seems quite a lot of people are experiencing the same thing which is a shame. But like others i wont lie down so i want my order or a full refund.

Online shop awful

Online shop awful, one item was missing from my order. I have emailed them twice as that’s the only way of communicating, I have had no response.

At the moment I would not use them again!
