Still waiting for a simple email back as requested to confirm that they have received the information requested despite sending this several times. They promise a lot but the communication is appalling. The have responded to my first review saying somebody would contact me, all I want is a simple confirmation email surely not to much to expect? Or am I being too optimistic

Nice and easy process.
Spoke to Darren Ashworth who took me through the process and made everything very understandable and straightforward.
Adding my vehicle to the claim could not have been easier.
All in all very easy process and a good man to act as the guide.

Very smooth process
The whole process of registration was very straightforward. The initial eligibility check online was very clear and easy while the follow up phone call was friendly, informative, and equally straightforward. Hopefully the results will be as pleasing.

No correspondence, gave all my details and nothing, I guess this is a con. I've recently spoke to a work colleague who is feeling exactly the same. My bet is this company may receive something now they've got all the details, and the customer gets nothing.
