Digibits are easy to deal with and have super products
The Digibits website told me everything I needed to know about their products, making it very easy to choose and buy what I needed. They also arranged transport for a heavy rake at a very fair price.

I've used Digbits several times for various different attachments, some to my design for specific jobs. They have always been very accommodating and I personally think, the quality of their products is tough to beat. Made in the UK, from quality steel - what's not to like!

Fabricated attachments
I had a rake bucket made, and firstly it isn’t really wide enough for the size of the machine (1200KG) and secondly the rake points are too short and do not provide enough weight at the front of the rake, consequently it will not stand upright whilst attaching it. The design is quite poor so I’m a little put off having anything else from Digbits.

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to review and, as odd as it sounds, the occasion 'bad' review serves to remind they are not fake. We are a bit surprised you don't like the General Purpose Rake, as it is genuinely one of our customer's favourites. We do only make them 30" (760mm0 wide for the sub 1.2 tonne micro diggers, mainly for stability. We can build the Land Clearance Rakes, which have heaver, thicker tines, with a much longer unsupported tine length, if ground penetration is important, but then they are too heavy to build wide.

What’s not to like
Haven’t used the online store as I always need the part’s clarified first. Communication via email is fast during working hours and staff have always been very knowledgeable. Anything made by digbits has been very high quality and deliveries have always been fast even for larger items.

100% of our buckets and non-powered attachments are still manufactured, from the ground (or bench) up, right here in Rugeley, Staffordshire, UK. It is nice to know there are customers that appreciate that difference. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service, great range of products manufactured in Britain by professional engineers. Very happy with the service we received and enjoying using the product we purchased. If you need well engineered buckets etc for your machine Digbits have the solution. Buy British made quality products and leave the imports well alone.

This is second year of using Digbits Grapple simple and works, good value
Only criticism the the hinge pins are held in with cotta pins that get caught up with tree debris and fall out, otherwise brilliant.

The grapple will last years, but yes, it's a good point regarding the lynch pins and a switch to nut & bolt might be a good suggestion. Thanks very much for the feedback.
