Great company to deal with!
I contacted Digicam Collective after reading about them in one of the photography magazines. As I had a number of old cameras to sell I thought I'd give them a go. I was very impressed by the service I received. They gave me a fair offer for the cameras and even sent a pre-paid label to cover postage.
When they received them they contacted me to say that there were a couple of minor problems I that I hadn't been aware of. They offered to return them to me or I said could accept a slightly lower price for two of them. I chose to do the latter but was then very pleasantly surprised to hear from them saying they had fixed one of the problems and would therefore pay me the original agreed price!
It's very refreshing to find a company which treats their customers so fairly these days. I can't praise them highly enough!
