Great experience all round
So pleased to find an audiologist locally who is qualified to handle paediatric assessments. Jas was patient, kind and super thorough with our SEN child. Her attention to detail, empathy and professionalism were really impressive. Especially as our child’s medical history is complex. Booked in person and the receptionist was also warm, helpful and knowledgable. Would thoroughly recommend - great experience all round.

Took my ageings aids for repair having…
Took my ageing aids for repair having left it late . I was due to go abroad one week later. They both had to go fo fhe lab for repair. To my surprise a more up to date pair have been loaned to me for the duration of my holiday. Very pleased

The receptionist is friendly and the audiologist competent and reassuring. All aspects of care are explained.

Audiologist removed wax and checked health of my ears which was done very well
She also linked my hearing aids to the ap so that I can adjust volume more easily this is amazing and has helped me enormously
