Digital Flames Avis 36

Purchased a fire on ebay advertised as 2 year warranty stopped working a few weeks before 2 year mark contacted and was advised the warranty isnt for parts.
Funny how they knew exactly what parts from my very brief inquiry. They are in direct breach of the consumer rights act. Item is not fit for purpose.
Will be taking it as far as a i can please do not buy from them. I thought they were reputable but clearly not wish id checked reviews here. Will update with progress as unsure if any previous customers were successful.
All i required was a replacement or repair so the kids can hang stockings by the fire before xmas. An item of this value is expected to last much longer and therefore i question the quality of their products as well as there conduct.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Avoid at all costs. I bought an item on Ebay from them. The item delivered was not what I purchased. The item also was reduced in price as soon as it was delivered and before it was fitted but the seller would not honor this. They regularly ignore messages. They told me as I took it out of the packaging they would not do a refund. The wall installers were onsite and started fitting and the seller was refusing to help, our media wall installers said this was definitely not the same fire as I ordered. I spoke to citizens advice and they said I could get a full refund as the item is different to that advertised. The seller then threatened me with their barrister. They said I was trying to extort them. Wish I'd read all the terrible reviews before I bought from them. They also told me our media wall installers should cover up a vent to cover the border to make the fire look more like the one sold to us, but the manufacturers leaflet says not to cover the vent. The fitters told me covering the vent could cause a fire or break the fire so they rightly refused to do this. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Looks like we will be going to small claims court. Seller goes by Adam Mubeen Mustak on companies house. I have had to gather details from there as the seller would not give me their full address to issue my letter re small claims court.

I had ordered this fireplace from another company who kept putting me off with a delivery date and decided to go straight to the manufacturer and they were amazing. I live in Ireland and it's a nightmare to get anything delivered and they went above and beyond to get the fireplace delivered and within 5 days it arrived. Fantastic service.

Worst company ever! Fire broke within 3 weeks of fitting and now they won’t do anything for it! Taking steps to get our money back but they are so rude and unbelievably unprofessional!!

They also have loads of fake reviews!!!!! Don’t believe any good review from this company!!! Do some research , I wish I did!!!!!

Terrible company. Sent us a faulty item and despite contacting them 6 weeks after it being delivered and telling them it was faulty they have continued to drag it out and refusing to do anything about it. We are now going to a small claims court about this as despite their website stating 2 year warranty, they are just rude and don't do anything about it, even though we have evidence of contacting them a number of times less than 6 weeks after it being delivered to us!

Ordered from this company for the first time, found them on ebay.
Prices were very reasonable and the fireplace I saw was premium unlike the others I had seen, and alot cheaper compared to other places I'd been too.
Fantastic communication throughout, keeping me informed of any updates.
Highly recommend this place, a happy customer.

Update: his name is Mr Mubeen Mustak Adam I messaged seller as problem with my fireplace before warranty was up, no response. Conveniently contacted me after the so say 1 years part warranty when I bought the product with 2 years warranty. He goes by the name of Mr Mubeen Mustak Adam and he has been nothing but abusive in responses and telling me he has no intension of solving the dodgy fireplace he had sold me. It has been reported and on going investigations are going towards him. Again the people who have been through similar situation to me he goes by the name Mr Mubeen Mustak Adam.
