Digital Zone Avis 

ADebited account but later received an email saying to complete the purchase. The company are saying a code was delivered however this qaa before the complete purchase email. The company are aware that the software has not been downloaded and offered a replacement. Which means they can cancel the code but refuse to refund. I have received very poor customer service and the they are now not responding.

Response received from this company today is completely false or they have forwarded the codes to someone else - I cannot see that my email account or computer have been compromised in any way and I most certainly DID NOT download any codes, after being advised to complete order I used another company and received my Microsoft Office package within minutes and was up and running very quickly. I am a small online business and your insinuation that I would make either a liar or thief of myself for £80 is quite despicable.

They have a simple and easy to follow step-by-step process on how to download Office. I've used them twice now and they have been reliable both times.

I actually had a little trouble during my second time, but the customer service got back to me almost straight away and I was able to resolve my problem. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Downloaded the software as described but then forgot my password when it came to activation. Sent an email to the support team and they sent a new password almost straight away. Very efficient.

Digital-Zone UK are a supplier of 100% Microsoft software at very affordable prices.

They are able to do this for the reasons stated on their website - basically though they buy in bulk and this is what keeps the prices so low.

Upon purchase you are given a link to download an ISO image of the software from the Microsoft website, with a license key. All of the registered packages that you purchase will appear on your "Microsoft Products" page within your Microsoft account.

On the rare occasions that I have needed technical support, Digital-Zone have been quick and super helpful.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Setting up Office on my mac went like a dream. However, because I am not tech savvy, linking it to my other devices became a problem for me. This is where the guys at Digital Zone came into their own. Their customer service was second to none, for which I am so grateful. Other companies should take a leaf out of their book. Happy to recommend without reservation.

I reviewed Digital-Zone a couple of years back and gave them 5 stars as their ordering service and support were both very good.
I have continued to use them for our software needs and the service and support is as good as ever.
I see a couple of negative reviews one of which had a similar issue to me when a license we had purchased but not used didn't work 10 months later. I emailed Digital-Zone support a copy of my original order and within 15 minutes had a new product ID and was then able to successfully register the software.
The other review about sketchy third world links is also not my experience. Once I have placed an order on their website I get an order confirmation email which says I will receive my product code and download links within 2 hours (it is usually only about 10 minutes). The email arrives with two download links, one direct from Microsoft and one to Google drive. I have always used the Microsoft one and never had a problem.

Before I committed to purchasing, I had a chat with them online. Finally made the decision to order, and proceeded to purchase the Microsoft Office 2021 Mac Lifetime License and paid. Within 5 minutes I had my email with link to Microsoft, added the code and waited for the confirmation with Microsoft and downloaded my application. Installation was completed within 40 minutes with all updates and I'm now back using MS Office on my mac. Absolutely the best decision I've made to date re software. I highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Digital Zone since 2021 and the service has always been top notch. I have purchased several copies of MS Office 2019 and 2021 and the install keys have always worked if you follow the install instructions. The only issues I have had is when I had to re-install the software due to PC failure or re-image and could not do a proper removal. A quick E-Mail to the Support Team and that was always resolved within a day or so. I am very happy with the service I received.

Just bought Office 21, their response was very quick after payment. Emails with acceptance of order and instructions came very quickly. Instructions include screen shots which are helpful. Support for installation was instant.

I purchased windows 10 and office 2019 profesional plus in feb 2022. The download and set up process wss really easy and explained in the emails. All worked well till i had to change my hardrive. I couldnt get office to work, an email to Digital zone and they sorted out a product key for me and all worked great again, good prices and great customer service, thanks
