I just purchased Office 365. Had some issues removing the old version in order to install the new one. So, I contacted the seller, vis live chat. He stayed with me the entire time, until the issues on my side were resolved, and the purchased version installed. I have not had this excellent service anywhere else. They will provide support to you, anytime of the day. It's a pity that there are only 5 stars to be awarded.

I had a problem with an Office 2021 Installation key which I had previously purchased and emailed support after normal working hours to try to resolve the issue. Within minutes I was happy to receive a replacement key which worked OK.

I then had a problem running the install and emailed to asked for assistance and was given the advice within half an hour which solved my problem and the software is up and running correctly.

It is wonderful to have previous versions of MS Office for download that allow to use older files that cannot now be accessed with newer versions of MS Office. And the price is right (£20-30).

Decided to update my old Office version, but didn’t want to pay a 365 subscription. Upgraded to Office 2021 from digital-zones. All relatively straightforward. A couple of queries along the way that were answered quickly by them.
