We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, and it’s unfortunate that the project turned out this way. From our side, we delivered the website based on the functionalities we initially discussed, including online ordering and buffet booking features, as agreed.

As this was a custom restaurant website developed for £2,000 (which was not paid in full), we also went the extra mile to accommodate additional requests at no extra charge—such as limiting online session time during buffet service and restricting food ordering to 4 meals within 30 minutes. These were not part of the original scope but were completed to support your business needs.

However, further new requirements continued to be added, and since the original payment remained incomplete, we had to hand over the work completed and close the project from our side.

We genuinely regret that this project didn’t meet your expectations, as our aim is always to provide value and long-term support to our clients. We wish Chillz Restaurant all the best moving forward.

As we mentioned in our earlier response, we delivered the website based on the functionalities agreed at the start, including online ordering and buffet booking. Although the project cost was £2,000 and not paid in full, we still went above and beyond by adding additional features—such as session time limits for buffet service and meal ordering restrictions—without any extra charges.

We’re truly sorry the project did not meet your expectations, but we did hand over everything completed from our side and closed the project only after repeated changes and unpaid dues. Our goal is always to provide value and professionalism, and we regret that this situation turned out differently.
