One star is being gracious. I let this company track my internet data for months through their router hardware. They dropped me from the panel completely out of the blue with zero notification—no call, no email, nothing. I only found out when I tried to log in, and my password didn’t work. After that, I received an email stating I had been dropped and all of my earned rewards were forfeited. They got months of my private household data for absolutely nothing. Avoid this scam at all costs.

Honestly I don't understand all the complaints. I've been a part of the digital reflection panal since March and haven't had any issues at all. Yes I wasn't aware that there was a min amount of $50 before I could redeem but honestly its worked out better that way-like a little savings account. Once I did reach $50, I was able to redeem it and it was deposited into my pay pal account in like a week. Plus they gave me a surprise bonus of $20 for keeping my equipment connected. I've gotten $5 each month and additional funds for doing updates and surveys. In two months I'll have another $50 I can redeem... It's literally the easiest money a person can make, I've taken less than an hour of my time total to complete what is needed to earn each month. Y'all are crazy if this type of income has been problematic for you. I love it. My Internet hasn't slowed down, no empty promises and I've made real money.

This is one of the easiest thing I've done to get a bit of pocket money. Pays out at $50 and it's automatic. Just do your monthly check or a short survey. They give quarterly bonus of you complete ask items for the period . I love it .

Slowed internet down, they dont tell you you have to earn so much before payment can be used. Scammy. Want me to return the equipment, should have payed me.

I signed up for digital reflections panel with a promise of payment. I was send an obviously used box that would not work. I spent multiple days talking to their tech support. They did nothing. I was eventually told I would be removed from the group with zero compensation. They didn’t even pay the initial payment they promised for signing up. I can’t imagine them being a reputable company when they treat people this way. I don’t really care much about it, I’m well off enough that this is just pocket change. But I warn others to let them know this is not how reputable companies behave. I tried multiple times to explain they sent broken hardware, but somehow that is my fault, and I get zero dollars. Be careful, because I put in a LOT of time dealing with this, and when i first spoke to them I was told I would be compensated, but I got zero dollars, and I don’t trust this company at all, and I give a stern warning to anyone else who is risking doing business with them. I wanted to like it, I like the idea of passive income, but they ended up being a major time sink, and totally disreputable. I did have concerns they might be malware, but I figured I can just stop any time. But it didn’t even get that far. I read other people’s reviews and maybe I was saved from a headache anyways. A lot of other reviews mention malware and issues with payment, so please be sure to read the reviews before trusting these people. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but it was such a waste of time. And the fact that they didn’t compensate my time when THEY sent me a broken box tells me they are not to be trusted.

I've had a fairly good experience with them. Ive had the box nearly a year now have collected and cashed out about 150$ I'm not exactly sure what it is collecting the same data they use everyday for things like targeted ads ive always assumed my computer hasn't blown up i don't think im hacked ive wondered if maybe it wasn't a brute force program running on it it at first but ive really had no problems with it and made a passive income. They have delivered exactly what I was promised signing up.

One star is too much for this awful company. People need to know to stay away from this company. They would shut my box off for days at a time and then constantly email and call me telling me that it has been in the same spot since the initial hook up of the box. They never actually emailed a real email, they would always call when I would email them about anything. Almost like they don't want a paper trail of what they are going to say. I told them I quit and that I wanted the $35 I already earned and they said I forfitted my money when I quit and besides anything under $50 isn't redeemable. They are basically stealing the money I earned and getting the data and info they wanted from my end. This is outright fraud. I would have had $50 by now if they would have stopped shutting the box off and waiting forever for paid updates and surveys. They have MONTHS worth of data from my computer and devices but I get nothing from it.

Absolutely the worst working ethics ever because I couldn't/wouldn't complete a at home product testing because the box would interfere with my WiFi and I'll choose my WiFi over a box that I only received $10 after a couple of months, plus the emails and countless phone calls everyday was too much so I informed them that I wouldn't be completing the testing for them because my WiFi wasn't working correctly since I plugged in the box so then I was told I could never sign into the site again and I felt like they shouldn't act like that more or less telling you that you're dead to them. Lol I have more things going on in my life to worry about the cheap box and cheap pay.

I gave this company too much of a rating,but i cant go lower than 1.I recieve free cryptocurrency from a company called coinpayu.com.This company isnt to blame,its one of the survey companies.I was doing a survey and in the beggining they said they will pay me if i hook up a device (which i will take to the police) to my internet modem.They said theres some kind of work they are doing online and they need me to connect the device.In reality they were taking control of my computer.As soon as i seen that i unhooked everything.I dont expect anything out of this,just to let people know about this company called Digital Reflection Center.I think this company is in tucson,when they called me it was an az number.
