Always enjoy Digme classes - challenging but fun and very motivating!

great Matrix class, best HIIT classes I've been to. (And very COVID19 conscious in the exercises chosen!)

You charged a £5 admin fee to refund my ticket for an event that had been cancelled, which was completely out of my control. Absolutely shameful.

Have been to digme classes before. They're good however recently bought 3 tickets to digme live and due to coronavirus they are cancelling it. Asked for a refund and they want to keep £5 fee from the ticket due to their 'admin'. Not only that but will take them min 4 weeks to refund. Poor service, no one responded to my email and think it's stingy of them to take the £5 fee when it was not clear in the checkout process that this would be done.

Love the classes, the instructors are great, really enjoying the spin. Only issue in the Fitzrovia branch is the wait for the changing rooms, some people get a little frustrated with the lack of them

Being to many other Boutique fitness studios around Europe. I did not find the service and cleanliness of the 2 studios I visited in London satisfying.

Joined on 3 session introductory ride offer. Staff welcoming and friendly. Bikes state-of-art and instructors make you work to your ability with measured data. Digme provides everything, just turn up with top shorts and socks. I live outside London but am hooked and will be back when I can.

Great instructors who know how to help you get the most from each class, and support you to train at your level. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, a definite must!

Excellent indoor cycling and gym classes, instructors are very helpful and welcoming, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain how the class was structured etc. when I took my first cycling and first Matrix classes. Personally not a big fan of working out in the dark with green lights and the changing rooms/shower facilities are small for the number of people using them. Some instructors are more into spin and others more geared to actual cycling. Convenient location.

Sleek, friendly, great music choices and first class instructors. The classes are extremely effective and addictive in a positive way.

Great instructors but Blackfriars definitely needs more showers!

Good classes.
Ride wasn’t tough enough, room was all very cold with only 6-7 people working out.
Yoga on Sunday was excellent.
Matrix total body also recommend.

Excellent equipment (bicycles and cross training) and very good classes. The one negative is changing rooms - one must use private rooms/showers for changing before workout and for showering after workout, so when a couple of classes overlap it can be very chaotic and one has to wait for a shower (and the common space is narrow). It would be great if they look at the schedule so that there is never more than one class going in / going out.

Very uninspiring instructor, poor knowledge from the front of house team although they’re very nice.
