Don't sign up on the website cause you can't get around the paywall. Get the app, it's free. I love it, the stories are so good and make me think deeply about who i am and what i value. Goes beyond surface level

Did not follow the trial subscription rules
Tried the trial subscription canceled during the trial window. They kept trying to charge me repeatedly! Tried to charge me $59.99 multiple times had to fight to get them to stop.

Your subscription did not begin with a free trial. You originally purchased a discounted introductory 3-month subscription, which remained active because it wasn't canceled before the renewal date.
The $59.99 payment attempts were related to that subscription's renewal, not unauthorized charges. Since the payment was unsuccessful, the invoice remained outstanding while your subscription was in its grace period.
When you contacted our support team, we responded promptly, canceled your subscription, and also canceled the outstanding invoice. This means you no longer need to pay the $59.99 renewal amount, and there will be no further payment attempts for this subscription.
We understand that unexpected renewal attempts can be frustrating, but the claim that we ignored a trial cancellation or repeatedly charged you despite canceling is not supported by our records.
We're glad we were able to resolve the situation quickly when you reached out, and we hope this clarification helps explain what actually happened.

This app is expensive, but it offers an interesting experience. Just be sure to cancel your subscription, as refunds are not available unless you can afford $70 every 2 months.

Who are you, really? You may be surprised to find out....
This is the first test I've ever taken where the answers are not clearly right or wrong. Each set of questions is geared towards one particular trait. Each scenario feels like a plausible real world event thats universal to mankind. You can see yourself in the story, and, just as it is in real life, the scenarios are not simply cut and dry. We all say out loud what kind of person we are, what we stand for, what we believe.....Dilemmo puts those morals through the refining fire by creating situations that may cost you in order to maintain your ideals, your character. It's easy to say that i wouldn't do this or that in a situation, but have I really considered what that decision could cost me, and how far am I willing to go to be the person I say I am? I've learned so much about myself from this app. After each scenario, the app gives you a breakdown of the type of person you truly are inside, and it's scary accurate. I'm just a few minutes each day, you can gain invaluable knowledge into who you are when you're around other people, and who you are when nobody's looking, and how close or far apart those two people are. If you're serious about wanting to know more about yourself, this app is second to none. It will be on my phone for the foreseeable future.

Will Charge your card after months
I have been charged $59.99 out of the blue , I used their service months ago and then cancelled the subscription . Don't recall any interaction in the last month and turns out now I have a subscription from Oct-Jan ... This is nothing short of theft. I have left an email with their support let see how they process this. Seems like a business model , to charge people after few months in hopes they don't cancel or recall ...

Beware of charge after cancellation
Enjoyed the app but the situations all started to be very similar. Had started w 3 mo trial for $15, cancelled 6 weeks before renewal but was still charged. Reached out to support for a refund, who claimed they couldn’t find me via the info provided. Sent them a screenshot of my profile w my identifying information and support stopped responding altogether and did not issue the refund despite multiple follow up emails. I’m now in the dispute process w/ my bank. The irony of an app to help gain insight into whether or not you’re actually a good person, being ran by a company with unethical business practices is not lost on me

Our records show that the charge occurred because the subscription had not been canceled before the renewal date. Once you initiated a dispute with your bank, we accepted it so you could receive the funds back faster rather than waiting for the full dispute investigation to be completed. Our system shows that the funds have already been returned.
Our support team has also responded to you directly with the details of our investigation. We hope this helps clarify what happened, as the charge was not made after a prior cancellation.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This app is not as advertised. AI slop and ridiculously expensive for what it is. I cancelled the app 2 months ago and am still being charged by them stealing money directly from my account. Customer support says all they can do is offer a 50% refund for their theft because that’s their “policy”. Give me back what you are stealing! Absolutely disgusting and unethical. Do not sign up because they will probably steal from you too.

We’d like to clarify an important point regarding this charge, as there appear to be two separate subscriptions involved.
The Apple trial you canceled was separate from the subscription responsible for the October 5 charge. That trial ended on August 14, 2026.
The October charge came from a different subscription started directly through our website on July 5, 2026 through a discounted introductory offer. This subscription was not managed through Apple and remained active until its renewal at the regular price on October 5.
The website subscription has been canceled, so there will be no further renewals. Our team has also offered an additional resolution by email, which remains available should you wish to accept it.
We hope this helps clarify why the October charge occurred and why the cancellation you referenced did not apply to this separate subscription.

Great for rebuilding yourself after loss.

Sneaky “subscription” and deceptive pricing.
Purchased the app for 15 dollars then recieved a random subscription charge of 60. They refused a refund and offered me more apps instead. If not refunded /resolved I will be opening a case with my credit card company.

Charged me nearly 50 for a…
BE CAREFUL! They charge you unlawfully and instead of refunding they try to trick you into signing up for more subscription services by offering you more free trial periods to their other apps!!! They do not give any information, receipts, confirmation, nothing but start charging you for subscription you were unaware of and point blank refuse to refund you. You download this app they will charge you nearly 50 pounds and refuse to cancel even if you request cancellation and a refund within minutes of them charging you, they will NOT give your money back. Charged me nearly 50 for a subscription. Nowhere when I signed up did it say anything about charging me this amount of money just to answer some fake scenario questions. I would like a refund ASAP. They have responded to my email and refused to refund me despite the charge being an hour ago!!! And as for your response to my comment the alternative you offered me was more subscriptions that I do not want and 0 pennies of my money back. For a service that I have not used, that I have requested you cancel not even an hour after you charged me, for a subscription that I was unaware you were going to charge me for, because nowhere did it say this when I downloaded the app!
