⭐☆☆☆☆ Poor Workmanship and Very Disappointing Service
We hired Dimension Landscape and Driveway Ltd (Solihull, West Midlands) to complete garden and driveway work costing around £17,000, but the results have been extremely poor.
• Many slabs are loose and can be lifted by hand — they were not fixed properly.
• Drainage has been installed incorrectly, causing water to flow back underground instead of draining away.
• The slab level is not two courses of bricks below the damp-proof course, which goes against standard building regulations and risks water damage to the house.
• We were also charged over £1,000 for a basic wooden barrier separating the grass and paving, which feels unreasonable for what was delivered.
Despite raising these serious issues, the company has not taken proper responsibility. They sent a third party who failed to fix the problems, and communication has been very frustrating throughout.
We’ve completely lost confidence in this company and would not recommend Dimension Landscape and Driveway Ltd to anyone.
