Contacts not sitting properly. Very uncomfortable. My eyes red and sore after 1/2 of day wearing.

This company is a scam! They charged me half of the product for "shipping fees" and I have never received the product. Ordered 12/4 it's now 31/5 Tried contacting them and no response to several attempts...

More expensive than the contacts here. Same quality. Charges for shipping and also charges for taxes when they delivered deliver them. Not worth the cost.

You pay 9.99 for express shipping to receive within 6-9 days. I placed the order on March 29 and the tracking number says it will get here on April 17. Really disappointed, first time I purchase here and it was an unpleasant transaction. Bought from Solotica and received items within five days

The free trial was great but when you start wearing them regularly you notice the quality is poor.

I had to throw out minimum 2 lenses each box (about 12 lenses per 3months) because they come broken or don’t sit in my eyes well. If you take them out to readjust, they just break. I also sliced my finger opening the plastic the lense comes in because they are really hard to open and the edges are sharp.

Don’t recommend, it’s not that much cheaper either especially if you need to constantly throw them out and quality is not good.

I signed up to the 10 day trial and the contacts arrived pretty quickly.
The contacts are very thick, my eyes get so dry in them, plus it's near impossible to open the individual contact pouches. Not for me and I would definitely not be recommending them!
PLUS I got an email today saying that another payment will be taken out for my subscription?! I never signed up or agreed to a subscription, very misleading.

Do not recommend. I have been trying to contact their customer service to resolve an issue I have with them for a while and have sent 3 emails with no response! Very disappointed with the customer service! I wouldn’t use this company again.

Interesting what a couple of months can do, eh?! When peeling the contacts, the plastic film doesn’t come away. This results in the lenses stinging IMMENSELY. It took me five lenses to get one that didn’t sting my eyes. I emailed customer service, they sent me 20 and an apology.

Next batch - exactly the same. I emailed and said I was now considering cancelling - Lizzie responded saying she had cancelled my subscription. Very disappointed.

I loved these at the beginning but the standards seem to have slipped.

Can’t help but feel these reviews on this page aren’t authentic. People saying the packaging is tricky - this is the packaging that was used years ago, and it is the BEST!

I have been wearing contact lenses for over ten years but have chronically dry eyes. Especially after 5 hours. I comfortably wear these lenses for 10-12 hours! And $54 a month! That’s awesome. I’m thrilled!!

They overcharge! My invoice shown SGD51 but they charge SGD52.43. Their subscription is automatically deducted from card and charged from DIMPLE OPTICS PTY LTD DOUBLE BAY AU. Dont ever get from them.

The service was quick but I actually regretted paying only for shipping to get a free trial. The packaging was really hard to open everyday (had to use my teeth!) and the lenses had to be cleaned before use and felt sore after half a day of wearing.

I gave my credit card for a free sample, they mentioned it was just to cover the postage for the sample pack, but they then proceeded to sign me up for a 3-month recurring subscription without my permission. I went to login and Cancel the order, that was another issue as the option was hidden in small dark grey text on light grey background, this was discovered well after going through a bunch of massive buttons that only allowed you to change from 3 months to 6. the experience felt like a scam, the contacts aren't overly bad but they also aren't that much cheaper when you look at getting big name brands from online sites at the same price without needing a subscription. they advertise themselves as a Aussie Company blah blah.. not so sure based on the scammy nature.

Don’t recommend their lenses or them as a company. I bought their coloured lenses and they look nothing like the photos, super fake and unnatural looking- almost look comical! The pupil area is small compared to other brands so it looks really odd and it doesn’t appear this way in the images on their website. I emailed them to say I wasn’t happy and their response was that they do like the photos, their lenses are designed with a larger area of colour and that “most people like our lenses” so essentially too bad. No resolution offered and the tone of their emails was pretty blunt, terrible customer service and I didn’t feel heard at all. Such a waste of money!

Signed up for a free trial, I thought yeah ok all I gotta do is pay for the shipping fee.
Until the contacts arrived and started wearing them I realised paying for the shipping fee is not worthy. Contacts are very dry in the eyes, it so uncomfortable to wear. I am wearing it now while posting this review that’s what makes me thing to leave a review because I’m only wearing this for under 2hrs and as soon I put it in it’s already blurry, uncomfy, it is floppy and always folded when I take it out from the case. I thought it will go alright after couple minutes but it is still the same. Case is also very hard to open and too deep. It’s always a mess when I use it. Unlike my usual daily contact lenses the dailies, it’s easy in everything. I can’t wait to get home and take this off. 👎🏼

Beware of unauthorized auto charge. They never tell you they are going to charge you every month after the trial. And it is very difficult to cancel the so call subscription as you do not have the password for your auto created subscription account.

Dodgy company. Sign up for trial. Never received lenses. Portal shows it was not shipped. Contacted customer service and email was never answered. Avoid avoid

Scam your money with “trail”. This company charges a shipping fee for “free trail”, and will continue to take your money from the card you thought only shipping was charged without any consent or acknowledgement.

Furthermore, their so called “shipping” is expecting you to pick up the package in nowhere which you will have to spend a lot of time calling them to get the address, plus that they only let you pickup at office hours.

Furthermore, to prevent this from being discovered, they deleted my comments on Facebook and blocked my account.
