Completely Unprofessional and Outdated Ordering System
This was, without question, one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a legitimate order, provided accurate billing and shipping information, and still had the transaction automatically cancelled under the vague excuse of “fraud prevention.”
What makes this worse is the absolute lack of any proper verification process. Instead of offering a secure online way to confirm the order, or even a basic customer support solution through email, the company’s only “option” was to tell me to call a phone number to place the order again. This might have made sense twenty years ago, but it is completely unacceptable in 2025.
Their system is clearly broken. It treats legitimate customers as if they were potential criminals, offering no transparency, no explanation, and no real help. Customer service responses were robotic, repetitive, and showed zero willingness to resolve the problem. It’s shocking that a company operating in the U.S. automotive market relies on such a primitive, inflexible, and customer-hostile process.
There are plenty of other automotive suppliers out there that know how to process online orders efficiently and respect their customers. This company clearly isn’t one of them.
I will never purchase from them again, and I will make sure to share this experience widely so other buyers can avoid wasting their time.
Avoid this company. There are far better options out there.
