Very slow to deliver then the product…

Very slow to deliver then the product was NOT what was on the photo. The colour was totally different & quality shocking. Only got a 20% refund after haggling as shipping costs to return were a fortune. I do not recommended Dinili at all. I’m out of pocket & have a product which I can’t use.

Cheap and not worth the price

These are cheap, not very well made clothes and certainly not worth the price. The colours are not at all as on the website and when you try to return for a refund they offer discounts on further purchases, then when you say you’ll take a refund you find out it is NOT from Holland at all and sending the goods back to China is EXPENSIVE. An expensive lesson

BIG SCAM!!

BIG SCAM!!! its the compleate wrong colour and the material is fake and cheap. not only did it take 2 week to arive so i waited for a piece of crap. DONT BUY FROM THERE!!! you wont catch me buying from there again

Scam site. Fake brands. AVOID

This company is selling fake branded clothing fraudulently misrepresenting using pictures of the real items on their website.They try and offer you discounts to keep the items and then say you must pay shipping costs back to China to return. Avoid. It is a scam site.

Fake, flimsy, cheap hoodie.

Ordered a "withlove" Scuffers hoodie. Picture showed it as LIGHT GREY and a dark navy blue writing. Took 2 weeks to come only for it to look fake, cheap and nothing like the image. Will not be ordering from here again.

Fake and not as described

The clothes are cheap imitations and not as described on the website. The denim shirt is not denim but cotton and polyester. No labels. Took 2 weeks to arrive. That said, they’re not hugely expensive and are ok so will wear the clothes. Shame it’s fake and using social media to over promote

I have submitted a request as Dinilli said a week an no reply/response.

I am still waiting for my refund the items were not fit for purpose and were returned in Dec/Jan they had to be returned to China which expensive to say the least.
The phone number given does not connect it tells you to email and needless to say I have sent several email I have had 1 reply saying it was being referred to it specialist team that was a month ago and guest what nothing.

Very cheap quality for big price

Very cheap quality for big price. You need understand, what all pictures were taken from original page and you will receive a cheap copy from China.
I try to return my order. Will see, how it’s going.
Return policy is terrible!!!
I need to send my item to China from post office, like a package! No return barcode, nothing!
