I thought the initial response fabulous The enrolling process a little tedious and finally when I wanted to access Learna online moodle for student access to get access to learning material I could not log in : issue with learna log in and university usernames !!

Prompt response to my application and enquiries.
Staff were also ready to assist and provided alternate means of payment when I had issues making payment.
Communication was also great; I had emails sent promptly and messages followed up on WhatsApp.

The Learna Experience
The course content was exactly what I needed to improve my practice and then some. the methodology of using case scenarios was greatly impactful.
I loved the interaction with the tutors and the peers learning from each other greatly influenced my way of thinking.
The support we received from the staff from admissions, response to queries, prompts and encouragement, reminders and feedback was awesome. It felt like family, The Learna family.
