AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service I have received from this company has been diabolical.
I placed an order around four weeks ago which Evri marked as delivered, even though it was not. I emailed the company and they responded saying there was nothing they could do until Evri resolved the issue on their end. I then spent weeks trying to contact Evri. When I finally received a response, they said they would liaise with the retailer to explain the situation and suggested that I also contact them again.
I followed this advice and emailed the retailer, attaching a copy of the email from Evri for reference. Despite this, they still stated that they could not provide a refund for the item.
This was an order of nearly £60 that was meant to be a gift. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from this company if you expect to actually receive the items you pay for.

A disgrace of a company

A disgrace of a company. Ordered 3 fragrances,they were dispatched and supposedly delivered. Unfortunately to the wrong address. After receiving no help from direct beauty,I had to sort all this out with Evri. Having garnered the proof required to facilitate a refund,direct beauty have denied the refund. Pathetic service, Pathetic customer service.

Still haven’t got my order

Still haven’t got my order. Told I’m getting a refund or asked if I’d be like to sent out another for the second time. Not good enough..

They lied about packages being delivered

Bought some men's aftershave from them. It never arrived and they gave me the run around saying it was delivered refusing refund then said it was missing offering me refund and then went back to saying it had been delivered and signed for this. They lied about the the package being signed for and delivered. When I had all the proof staring them in the face from delivery company and Amazon. Yet they doubled down on this so I have had to go through Amazon AZ customer service and wait for a refund via submitting evidence. Obviously Amazon ruled in my favour once they saw the evidence but I would avoid this company as they have done this before with perfume it seems and it is breaking the law to falsely claim a package has been delivered when it has not. Next is the report now ✌️

DIRECT BEAUTY COMPANY Delivery Problem Resolved

I was delighted to find a rare aftershave for my husband on the Direct Beauty site. After placing my order I received confirmation from their designated courier company Evri that the order had been dispatched and was on its way. I then received another message from Evri saying my order had been delayed and would be dispatched as soon as possible. After a couple of days I still hadn't received the parcel. I contacted Direct Beauty via their website and also left a voice mail message on the mobile number listed on the company site. Within an hour I received an email message from the company's Business Manger Jay Halai who emphasised his concern that my order had not been sent and he would be investigating. I was kept in the loop as the investigation continued which eventually confirmed that Evri had located my package that was damaged and the contents were missing. Jay Halai immediately arranged a replacement which I have now received. I wish I could award Jay five stars as well for his amazing professionalism dealing with this problem. He is certainly a credit to the Direct Beauty company.

Ordered 3 more fragrances after ordering 7 last month and exact same outcome as last time fast delivery all correct and legit fragrances conna ask for anymore.

Ordered 2 items through Temu

Ordered 2 items, delivery arrived with only 1 item! They denied a refund, stating it was confirmed that both items were packed, though no evidence provided, emailed their customer service, and not had a response after 10 days, out of pocket, and no communication. Order at your own risk, some good reviews and some reviews similar to mine, so you take a risk, if you don’t get what you ordered, no chance of getting a refund! My advice is, do not use this company! Go for a safe option, even if it’s a few pounds more!

Excellent customer service!

I got an excellent price for aftershave - Hermes,usually crazy prices! It was for birthday gift for my boyfriend.
Evri then left my parcel just lying at the side of my house rather than my safe place as instructed. I notified Evri initially and was advised to also notify Direct Beauty. Their customer was excellent and long story short they are replacing my missing parcel ❤️..... Evri have done nothing! Jays customer service has been quick and professional. Im so thankfull.

I thought oh big company order…

I ordered on 2nd nov and 5th nov big order paid delivery fee thinking will get my order quick no chance after so many emails I got 2 msgs from jay that he would look into it after more than 10 days later I got a msg that my 2 orders have been dispatched got one box today am only quarter of items in the box not full order.

After paying delivery fee and you don’t get in 24hrs as stated online not all items in order. 2nd box came evening still not full order so emailed jay says some items out of stock so giving refund well thanks for telling me asked why I was not told no answer no ref or anything so will have to check my credit card that I get my refund back as I said big order but still a lot I didn’t get there is no correspondence of missing items or delivery from Royal Mail when they are coming nothing it’s pot luck..

Ok so got my refund checked my card account not got all items I ordered but they don’t tell you unless you ask other places are prompt in letting you know what’s going on lucky if you get your order quick no point paying for early delivery.

Correspondence should be better from this company goods are ok genuine items, delivery could be better if you can’t deliver full items customer should be told what’s going on that’s why we give contact details.

So now I keep getting emails from jay to change my review for £30 as good will ?? I’m giving my opinion I don’t care for the bribe I didn’t get my full order which was delayed even after paying delivery fee I changed to 3* instead of 1* should be happy with the change I got my refund now leave me alone thank you not interested..

I ordered 2 fragrances from Direct…

I ordered 2 fragrances from Direct Beauty through Temu .My order arrived in a small box why stated on it that it weighs 0.9 kg I open it and it contains a 3 ml sample perfume not my 2 fragrances. I contacted Temu and they and Direct Beauty are refusing a refund in spite of receiving photo evidence , do not buy or trust this company they have stolen my money. EDIT , eventually I did get a refund from Direct Beauty and I am grateful to them for that and feel it was a misunderstanding on their part for at first refusing my refund

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered some Perfume on the 29th of October and its still not arrived. This was supposed to be a 48 hour tracked delivery. I have emailed Customer Services 3 times asking for the tracking number they are supposed to have supplied on dispatch I didn’t get one. I have checked my account for the tracking number again it’s not there.
No one has answered any of my emails. There is no Chat Service and no phone number to contact them either.
I am very disappointed this was supposed to be a present.
Update
Finally after 5 emails I was contacted by Jay and have now been given a full refund.
But I still don’t know what happened to my original order and I never got the tracking number either.

Never got my product

I ordered my product almost 2 weeks ago. It was dispatched, that’s the last update that’s shown on the website and it’s been like this for 12 days. No response to my emails either. Scam of a website. Don’t buy.
