They sent me the wrong part and will not let me return it. So I just lost $62.00.

I have had lots of problems with ignitors on my timber wolf pellet stove. This one has worked great for 2 months now. Compared to other cheap ignitors, 2 months is a good record!

The product we purchased is not what they claim it to be. It doesn’t match the discrimination as to what it will fit. Also we can not get an authorization to return it nor can we get anyone to respond to our phone calls and emails.

I am sorry to hear your frustration. The part you ordered is the part that you received. On Sept 30th you were emailed a FedEx return label. A check of that tracking number on Oct 5th shows that you have not sent the part back. As soon as we receive the part you will be refunded in full.
