I had an excellent experience with the company's delivery service. The order was processed quickly, and the item arrived within the expected timeframe. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process with timely updates, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free.

Great company to deal with. Size of my trainer was too big.. so returned with no problems and got a smaller size. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have had free posting. Happy customer

Good company to get your racket from
Direct badminton offer a wide range of rackets at different playing levels. The racket I received was as specified, and although have only used it once (clearly it has a different feel to my Babolat), the quality appears very good. No complaints

Efficient delivery, processing and exchange
I ordered two t-shirts for my partner's birthday. I realised one of them was a size too large and asked for an exchange, which was processed quickly enough that the replacement came in time for the birthday. I was a bit concerned initially because I needed to get the replacement sent to a different address as the original delivery. I spoke to Rebecca on the phone and she got the delivery address changed without any issues. Altogether a smooth experience.

The badminton racket stringing quality…
The badminton racket stringing quality is poor . String tension I requested was 24 pounds. But it felt much lower than 24. Wasted money on restringing on the new racket.

speedy delivery
speedy delivery. shoes are excellent value for money and as good as competitors shoes priced 4 times more. not suitable for padel courts which use black sand as that sticks in the white mesh but if that doesnt bother you then they are fine .

Great staff, poor packaging
Great staff, poor packaging
Ordered a tube of Yonex shuttlecocks. Arrived damaged. Lid off, seal broken, because it had been sent in just a plastic mailing bag with no internal protection.
Customer service were excellent, quick, polite, and arranged a replacement on a 2-day service immediately on proof of postage. Genuinely couldn't fault them.
Unfortunately the replacement arrived damaged too, packaged identically despite my asking for better protection. Refused at the door.
A rigid tube in a loose plastic bag is never going to survive a courier network intact. The staff are great, but the warehouse really needs to rethink how tube products are packed. Some bubble wrap or a simple cardboard outer would solve it.
