The green inserts are the old brand JigTech. Assa Abloy have rebranded JigTech to red so there shouldn't be any difference, just a supplier rebrand hence the colour change. Very happy to explain if you wanted to email us. Many thanks

Would highly recommend...
I used Direct Door Handles for the first time recently as they had a particular handle that I was trying to source for a project.
After the order was placed, I had a call from Paul who explained that he was working on the order to get it from the manufacturer, directly to us, as quickly as possible.
The order arrived promptly, allowing us to progress with the work.
One of the handle latches had an issue when installed, however after speaking to Direct Door Handles about the problem, they quickly resolved this and had another latch posted to us quickly.
Given that this all occurred in the final working week before Christmas, I am very pleased with the service and really appreciate all their help with the order.
Would highly recommend to others!
