barbell plus clips - great customer service
I ordered a barbell plus clips. There was a mistake in shipping and the clips did not arrive at the same time as the barbell. I mentioned the lack of clips in a review, not expecting anything to come if it, but the customer service team noticed the omission and contacted me immediately to try to rectify the situation. They sent out the clips without me asking and before I even realized the clips were being posted.
I'm very impressed and will definitely buy from these guys again. Thank you for the great customer service!

Great home gym
Really pleased with our home gym/smith machine purchase. Easy to assemble with 2 people. Company is responsive and good to deal with. Had some issues with the courier initially but eventually got it sorted.

My Physio recommended DFG for a resistance band to help with my achilles rehab. It's good quality and is helping lots.
