I have been purchasing Lourdes Water for a few years now and always received my orders very well packaged. I bless myself and my husband every day with the Lourdes Water and could not do without it.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE PAYMENT AND WROTE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY AND FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS ABLE TO PLACE THE ORDER

I ordered 6 bottles of water from Lourdes. It was packaged beautifully and safely. It included a variety of Holy Cards. The bottles were protected and put in lovely little mesh bags. The images on the bottles are soothing. I was able to give them directly to those who needed the comfort and reassurance from Mary.

I received my order today. I purchased multiple small bottles of Lourdes water, and one liter bottle. The package took quite a beating. Water had leaked from the liter bottle and the box was still damp. I truly believe when the post office sees the tape "FRAGILE" on a box, they treat it even more savagely. Anyway, maybe think about putting some tape around the cap of the liter bottle of Lourdes water. I'm still very happy to receive my bottles, and will likely order again.

I have ordered 4 times already. My first order got here in perfect condition, thank the Lord. The others are gifts for family members. One going to Mexico for a sick relative I pray she gets my gift. I am happy to be able to purchase the water and gifts online. My wish is to go one day in person; happy to at least watch online Rosary and request prayers.

I have always received excellent service that feels so personalised. The packages are evidently prepared with so much care, and most importantly bring hope and joy to the recipients… and I. The only one time I had to contact the store for a delayed delivery that I couldn’t track, I was promptly attended to, and in a very caring manner. I Can’t rate highly enough I’d put wrong delivery address realised after order had gone threw, they sorted it straight away then I realised I’d put postcode wrong again they were already a step ahead they’d corrected it already. Iv shopped here many times never any issues lovely touches to gift packaging, customer service is fantastic nothing is too much for them,extremely helpful, professional, receiving my extra large wall rosary beads today after all my mistakes on time even with a postal strike and bank holiday is extremely impressive thank you
