Excellent quality and even better customer service!

The blinds are excellent quality and we are extremely happy with them, they are the perfect fit! The customer service is also absolutely brilliant, I had entered the wrong measurement when ordering and with their BeSure system I was able to get them replaced with ease! I will be recommending them to everyone, truly an easy and pleasant experience all around!

Excellent customer service. Issue with a Parcel Force botched delivery was immediately addressed and sorted. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service from…

Fantastic customer service from Michelle and Stuart. I had an issue with the measurements of my blinds and Michelle and Stuart were fantastic in resolving the issue. I had quick responses both by email and phone calls and my Perfect Fit Wooden blinds look amazing and had lots of compliments. I will be ordering more soon and also want to mention this is the only company I have found after multiple searches were their perfect fit blinds fit narrow windows as well as having multiple frame colour options.

Great company, lovely shutters

A really helpful company. Answered my questions, called back when they said they would, even made a bespoke change to my shutters. Really great service, communication, product, price, packaging and delivery. So pleased with my purchase.

Honest and Helpful Customer Service

One of the blinds on my Itu venetian blinds installed by the previous house owner developed a fault which meant I could only open them but not lift. I had no user manual so was unsure what the issue was or how to fix it, if easily fixable. I found Direct Order Blinds
online and emailed them explaining the issue and attached some photos also. I had a lovely helpful reply from Michelle providing clear advice and photos on how to fix the issue. I followed Michelle advice this morning and now my blind works perfectly.

It is not often these days that you find customer service like this especially as there was no sale made from my enquiry. I am immensely grateful for Michelle's help as I thought I might have to either buy a new part or buy a new blind or set of blinds.
Should I need a part in the future or decide to replace my blinds I know where I will come to.

Great Company

I bought 6 perfect fit blinds and 2 INTU micro blinds and the team at Direct Order were incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions on phone calls and emails and they were very patient and helpful, particularly Cheryl and Ellie. I also ordered lots of samples. They kindly agreed to hold the price until I'd received all of my samples.
They are a great company to deal with and the blinds have been fantastic.

Faulty blinds WE had to pay to replace

Blinds broke due to product being faulty. To which we were told we have to pay for them to be fixed, and to pay for the labour AND the postage to send them back. Not worth the money!

Outstanding Quality, Effortless Installation and Thoughtful Service

I don’t usually leave product reviews but this one genuinely deserves it. The made-to-measure blind was spot on, top quality, perfectly sized and incredibly easy to install.

What really stood out was how well thought through everything was. There are both written and video instructions provided, and the blind is so cleverly designed that no drilling is needed at all. Every little detail has been considered to make the installation completely hassle-free. It took minutes to put up.

The quality is excellent and it’s clear this blind is built to last, which is a rare find these days. Honestly, it’s so straightforward, even a 10-year-old could manage it.

The customer experience was brilliant from start to finish. Even the small touches in the packaging, like the tea and biscuits, showed real care and attention.

Highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

So pleased with my INTU venetian blinds

So pleased with my new INTU venetian blinds from Direct Order Blinds. I was a bit unsure about ordering them online in case I got it wrong which would be an expensive mistake. However by following the measuring guide supplied, my blinds arrived and are perfect. The installation guide was also very easy to follow. A big shout out to Ellie & Cheryl in customer services who were so helpful and assisted me with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company.

AVOID!! Greedy money grabbers

Poor quality blinds, I ordered perfect fit blinds for the whole house, we soon noticed a defect with one of our blinds after installing and reported this and was asked to send it back, to which the lady on the phone actually admitted the blinds are bad quality… unfortunately due to our own fault this was lost in the post, so we explained the situation to the so called “customer service” team and manager who insisted we brought a whole new blind with only 20% off and lied to me about the fact they never have sales of more than a 20% discount until confronted with proof. And why is a customer paying for bad manufacturing?! We have also had MULTIPLE plastic clips snap within a few months of having these blinds - they will send replacements (clearly used to having to do this!) but it’s not exactly ideal. Honestly wish we avoided this place, waste of money and months of trying to get this sorted. Good luck to anyone who orders

We’re really sorry to read this review, particularly as your most recent emails expressed appreciation for the resolution we reached together and the support we provided.

You originally contacted us about a Perfect Fit blind that appeared to have an extra slat. We reviewed the photo and, since we couldn’t confirm the issue from the image alone, we offered to send you a pre-paid returns label so we could inspect the blind and rectify it. Unfortunately, the return was mislabelled and sent to Amazon in error — and we received an unrelated Amazon parcel instead. As we never received the blind, we weren’t able to verify or resolve the issue directly.

Our team worked hard over several months to find a fair and reasonable outcome — which you agreed was appropriate — despite the unusual situation.

Even so, we still offered a remake of the blind at a discounted rate as a goodwill gesture, doing our best to support you despite circumstances outside of our control. We’d also like to clarify that no member of our team described our products as “poor quality.” We work closely with trusted suppliers and have successfully delivered thousands of Perfect Fit blinds to happy customers across the UK.

Regarding the plastic clips: these are a functional part of the Perfect Fit design and, when handled with care, are reliable. That said, if any parts arrive damaged or break during use, we’re always happy to send replacements free of charge — as we did in your case.

While we’re disappointed to receive a 1-star review after what appeared to be a fair and mutually agreed resolution, we do value all feedback and are constantly striving to improve. Should you need any further assistance, our team is still here to help.

Honestly perfect fit blinds are amazing and no drilling!!

I love this company. First used them on our garden room, then on our new windows when we did a house renovation, hubby was sceptical and he LOVED them, said how easy they were to put together and measure. I think he liked the fact there was no drilling in our newly plastered walls. I’ve just put in my third order for my new bifold! Customer service is great.

Really Happy With Our Intu Blinds

Blinds look and operate great!

You need to be careful to follow the measuring guide (you can take out insurance in case you measure incorrectly for a small additional fee though)

Fitting instructions easy to follow I found dipping the fittings that need to go under the seal in vaseline helped allot.

I didn't get a fitting tool included otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Managed to fit them with some blunt nosed pliers which I would not recommend. I should have gotten them to send the fitting tool out but I couldn't wait to fit.

Easy instructions for measurement of blinds, fitted well in the window, no need for drilling was a big bonus.
would definetly order from them again, look out for the frequent promotions on the website.

Horrific Customer Service

Quality of blind is structurally okay. Dissatisfied with the colour as blind is more grey than black. On querying this a route of discussing blackout blinds occurred which was not the point. Refused to replace and told me “I should have ordered a sample”. Terrible customer service and post care attitude. Had intended to use throughout the house if these turned to be suitable but on this case we will find another provider. If you do use them make sure you get a sample first 🤨

Hi Dan, below are our customer services teams responses -

I can see the order is Hive Black but the fabric is not blackout so will look lighter when they are pulled down as the light will come through. I see you have also ordered a Hive Blackout Black sample, this one will not let the light through so will keep deeper colour.

I’m really sorry we will not be refunding your order as there is no fault. The fabric ordered is correct, I understand you are not happy with the amount of light that comes through but we do have samples for customers to see every fabric we can supply.

As the samples are there to avoid these issues we will not accept responsibility for customers not ordering the relevant fabric samples.

We are able to change the fabric to a blackout but this would be chargeable. If you would like a price, please let us know.

I am struggling to see what is so horrific about our customer service here, and we have offered to replace the fabric for you. Images on our website are computer generated and therefore we recommend customers to order free samples prior to ordering.

Absolutely love my Perfect fit pleated blind

Absolutely love my Perfect fit pleated blind that i ordered for a small window on my front door. Customer service was fab, didnt have to wait too long from ordering to delivery and they are an absolute perfect match frame as my front door. Highly recommend this company and will be using again for new Perfect fit pleated blinds for my conservatory.

Great blinds and great customer service

Great blinds, good quality and easy to order. When I had an issue with the motor though, this was replaced really quickly and sorted. I cannot express how helpful the customer service team have been, especially Michelle. Nothing was too much issue and thanks for all your help.
