Ordered on a Tuesday and delivered on a Thursday very quick service
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered left-handed hairdressing scissors and was told I would need to wait up to three weeks, which I was happy to do. After almost a month of waiting, I received an email saying their supplier had just informed them that the scissors weren’t available after all. They offered me a different size or a different model, but I specifically needed left-handed scissors in the size I ordered. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to, but the whole process felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not order from this company again.
AVOID - Faulty product and non-existent customer service. I have emailed twice regarding an expensive Babyliss Pro Hairdryer that is unusable, and so far, no reply.

Update 20 March : I have now used the HairCare 16mm heated comb and it gets hot and works well. Satisfied and shall purchase from this firm again.

AVOID
my order was forgotten, had to call to remind them I had paid, when it arrived it was partially broken, called immediately to advise them of the broken part, they promised to send replacement, and offered a small cash refund as apology , Over 2 weeks later still no part and no refund. I don’t know if I’m wasting my valuable time to call again as the reply will be as unreliable as before !!!!!
Total scam company. Ordered hairdressing scissors I have previously bought numerous times from them.
I'm left handed and made a mistake and ordered the right handed version, I sent them back at my own expense and was told they have been used and sent my pictures of scissors that had been used but not mine as I can't use them as I'm left handed.
they offered to fix the scissors for £20 .

I received a phone call within 5 minutes of emailing them with a query. They helped me to improve my order. Their attitude was friendly and helpful. Delivery was extremely prompt. I could have received it next day if I hadn't rearranged with Royal Mail for a more suitable time.

Speedy delivery service, really pleased with these left handed scissors. Nice and comfortable to use.
Stay away.. fake trimmers. Do not come in original package and don't cut near as close as authentic ones !

There customer service is so unprofessional. I paid for next day delivery to when i emailed them two days later it will come the following week, i still havent received my order, as according to the company they have no control over delivery's actually getting to you next day?
