Great Customer Service. Danny was a star. I had a problem with the product items I hadn't received to which he promised to get sent out within the week. I've now got the bed and can say it is phenomenal. Thank you to Danny and the team at DIR!

SCAMMERS! This company is an absolute joke. For 3 years I did not receive my furniture nor my money back. After multiple attempts to sort this issue out, the owner said I am harrasing him. Almost £2000 pounds worth of furniture I never saw. When talking face to face he admitted he is scamming people and covered it by saying "his God will forgive him". Not only putting a bad name on Muslim community but also messing around with people's lifes. It's real money and real people which they do not take seriously.

Avoid!!! Small claims court initiated, they can have the bailiffs, thieves.

The reviews are unfortunately all absolutely true. Ordered two backwashes, both faulty, spoke to the "manager" the next day who said he would phone back. Phoned the following day spoke to the same male who denied being the manager. 6 months later, 32 phone calls, countless emails we are now in consultation with the lawyers.

AVOID!!!!Absolutely terrible!!!I did order some chair accessories on the 6th of January and received on the 26th of January. On the 31st of January requested a return. ( which is within 28days of the return policy.) every message and call I’ve made was answered with 1.5 week gap. I’ve been promised that they will organised the pick up,then I’ve been told to come and drop it off in London branch but when I did come. Over the phone I’ve been told that I had to drop at the Birmingham branch as I’ve ordered online. The invoice haven’t been send to me in the first place and this seems absolutely impossible to get it from them. I’ve spend half a day at the London branch to wait for it!!!! Absolutely careless and useless with their customer service. DO AVOID AT ANY POINT!!!!

DIR salon furniture. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Someone needs to shut this company down. I ordered a manicure table and it tuned up, what a mess. It’s was chipped and scratched. Tried contacting them and they just keep fobbing me off. Avoid at all costs!!

Fraudulent company sold me stock they didn’t have them tried to fob me off with old stock agrees to refund but £600 less than I paid, won’t answer emails rude unhelpful staff!!
Sent the bailiffs to recover money- money recovered by the bailiff!!
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware, this company takes money and doesn’t deliver.
Ignores all communications. If you have paid and can’t get a refund please contact bank for a chargeback, nothing more than fraud - scamming salons of their hard earned money!

Never have I had such a bad experience with a company in 20 years of owning a business!
Customer service is terrible, goods not received and some that were received are faulty. I’ve been waiting for a refund for nearly a month and still haven’t received it! I just want my money back!!! I will now look at legal proceedings to get it back!!

DIRSALONfurniture This company is a fraudulent scam company they take your money all nicey nicey take for ever to deliver then deliver faulty goods then take forever to collect items then won’t refund you .. or answer calls !! when you do call and they answer they are so rude and horrid speaking over you and shouting at you .. they put you on hold till your cut off .. so you cannot sort things out and was told accounts are only there fridays between 2 and 3 and when you ring they put you on hold for the whole hour !!!! 7months still nothing no refund !! How many of us have been scammed out of our money ???? Still waiting for refund 9 months later even sent a county court judgement but not replied or refunded .. consumer rights are a joke so are trading standards !!! Year later no refund !!

they only answered when you had to pay! when they got money they stopped contacting me! I have called so many times: they don't even answer. we've been so late, and it's costing us a lot of rent! Do not order anything from them!

Company was great from the beginning. I watsapp'd them late at night and surprisingly got a reply. They helped me with my order, they sent me pictures, they gave me discount, the delivery company let's you pick a delivery day and phones you before arriving also fast delivery. Then..... when the furniture arrived I didn't expect the quality to be so good. Absolute top expensive quality at a affordable price. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND.

Absolute frausters! DO NOT BUY FROM! We cancelled an order, 30 minutes after ordering and to date they still won’t refund the money, over 3 weeks now! They claim to be a worldwide company but they simply steal your money and lie! Pure scum bags!

I had a disgusting experience buying interior fittings, the seller in the store helped to choose the chair mirrors, everything was ordered 2 months before the opening of the salon, what a surprise it was that the delivery was scheduled for Friday and was delivered on Monday, although my repair had not yet been completed and perhaps I could not be in the salon ,the mirrors came all damaged, I immediately contacted the seller to replace them, to which there is still no answer, I ordered black chairs, to which they said that they are not available now, choose others and if you want to solve the problem, call the manager yourself, I called the manager, to which he said deal with the seller ... I had to order brown chairs not in the color of the salon,and the seller did not even offer me such an option, I myself decided, since others were more expensive or did not fit the parameter, and the sink came with black, although I ordered it with white, avoid this company and these sellers, they will deceive you and sell poor quality goods

We visited the London show room and the staff Omar was so helpful and all the products were delivered on time.

Just letting everyone know I started a credit card chargeback against this company and received my money back in less than two weeks. I would strongly advise everyone else to do the same, rather than be messed about and lied to for weeks as some of you have.

It’s a learning curve for us, scum will always be scum.

Tried to cancel my order after reading these reviews. They claimed they had never received my order, despite having take the money out my account. They finally admitted they did receive my order, but i still havent gotten my refund. They were also so rude to me on the phone, and ignore my emails

I’m in dispute about a massaging backwash unit purchases 2 years ago. The item has big manufacturers faults and Iv tried explaining this , but there just not Interested. Paid over £1000 for it. They are rude and very unhelpful. Definitely do not use this company you will be massively disappointed.
I’m now taking legal action this company needs shutting down !

After 12 weeks of waiting. Having to pay an extra 70 pounds for express delivery I finally received my mirrors. I had to beg and plead to be spoken to terrible. So awful and rude.
I paid £1350 for 1 double sided mirror. I purchased 3 of them..
The quality is appalling. All the paint work is chipped and not very solid
Please please don't use these.. you will be so disappointed

I did receive my back washes but after months of endless pointless phone calls and a lot of pleading . I would never use this company again
